Yeah, according to Tush men have WAY more problems yet I don't see this type of &*!@ happening with male children in families. Getting sold at an auction while you dance around in a mini dress to attract attention to your body because that is all that is worth anything, sounds good.
And on topic of the subway, so true about some men taking up more space than is their fair share. On our subways we have these clusters of 3 seats at the front and back of every car. Well, if two men sit on either end of this 3-seat cluster only a tiny child could have a chance to fit in between. And that is because they always keep their legs spread open, I'm guessing to air our their balls. Not only do they not get up for elderly/children or disabled people but they make it impossible for an average sized adult to sit next to them this way. So in a row of 6 seats if a man or two are sitting only 4-5 people will fit. It's completely unfair to the rest of the people who might wanna sit down after a long day at work because some guy needs to air out his balls on the subway train. I don't bother asking them to move because I know what kind of reaction that will get. When I enter the train I try to sit down as fast as possible, and then when an elderly person or a mother with a small child walks in I get up and have them take my seat because I know none of the young men will get up. This kind of goes for obese people too, in terms of taking up more space but their problem isn't as easily fixable as not spreading your legs to other seats and also I wouldn't want them to stand anyway because if they fall when the train stops or stutters they might hurt someone else by falling on them or stepping on their feet. Like I get that it feels more comfortable to have the balls in an open space but seriously, it's not fair to the rest of us when space is limited to begin with. Thankfully my husband is better behaved than most men I see on the subway and he always gets up for children, the elderly, disabled people and doesn't sit with his legs resting on neighboring seats. I don't necessarily think men have to get up for women as used to be the tradition, if the woman isn't pregnant, old or disabled. I should point out that not all men sit this way, but a pretty large proportion do.
Although sometimes if I'm already having a long tiring day and I see open seats next to men obstructed by their legs while others are standing, I will sit down and nudge them away with my purse and I don't care if they don't like it. I'm a slender woman of average height and it is hard for me to fit into a seat next to a man sitting this way.

Yeah, according to Tush men have WAY more problems yet I don't see this type of &*!@ happening with male children in families I said mental problems. I DIDN'T SAY WAY MORE EVERY PROBLEM! Women have more social problems then men and men have more mental problems. That I ment. But I see you ignoring my posts so I will ignore yours too.
And that is because they always keep their legs spread open, I'm guessing to air our their balls. Does everyone keep them open? Well at least I don't... Not everyone does. Also I take about 1/2 of seat. So If there is 2 seats next to each others there can fit 3 almost 4 person. It's just about the person. And as I said men aren't the only one who does this. I have seen girls even women taking 2 seats even 3! So this ain't mens problem alone. I will always give my seat if person is elder, disabled or pregnant. If there is free seat next to me and I have puted like backpack there and I see someone with out seat I will put my backpack on lap so the person may sit.
I won't answer after this to replies about this after this one.
Ironic that you claim I'm ignoring your posts, yet you ignored the part where I specifically said not all men sit like this in public, but many do. Women tend to take up their normal share UNLESS they are overweight, but that goes for both genders. In fact, many women cross their legs when they sit so they take even less space on the seat. Men tend to be on the receiving end of this inconsiderate behavior from other men too, when they are forced to stand because some guy cannot be bothered to keep his legs closed, so I'm not saying only women have to deal with it.

Personally I am more baffled by the gay people who want to do business with obviously bigoted business/organizations or get married in a church when the religion of said church says they are an abomination. I suppose I understand the concept of wanting to be treated equally, but as a private citizen if I were a lesbian/gay I'd stay away and not give my patronage and money to said businesses. Even as a straight person, I would not endorse such businesses even though they do not discriminate against me specifically.
the problem I have with people that are anti-gay marriage is not that they hold these views privately, but that they drive initiatives to publicly curb other people's rights. I'd have no issue with a business or church refusing gay people, like they used to refuse blacks or immigrants or jews, if this was an absolutely private matter for them. I'd still look down on them for such bigotry, but I'd not try to force them to stop. However, when they swing their influence and money around to affect our laws and public life, this is when it stops being a private matter.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##ElhonnaDS##DELIM##Insulting other forum members is not allowed per the . This isn't a problem that only one side has. There are militant gays, and activists for gays, that try to force their way on people who disagree with them.

C'mon guys, can we please keep the gay marriage stuff inside the gay marriage thread? It might be in the news, but it's more relevant there.
Stop being a topic monitor.

I realize that N. Korea is ruled by someone with the World's worst case of "Little Man Syndrome", and that, historically, their threats have just been political propaganda for the benefit of their own people, but....
At what point does America say, "Let's go, Little Man"...and smack this idiot in the teeth?
If nearly any other country in the world put their military on
standby
"so that they may strike any time the U.S. mainland, its military bases in the operational theaters in the Pacific, including Hawaii and Guam, and those in South Korea."
, that would be likely considered a declaration of war...or at least a credible threat.
Look, I don't want another war. I am frankly kinda tired of it. Not to mention, I have a son that will be 18 in a few months, and he is considering joining the Military. I would be much happier if he were not serving during a hostile time. But I also do not think we need to sit and watch, if this guy is actually nuts enough to
start
a war with the US. And I am getting more convinced every day, that he just may be that stupid.

Reading the full article it seems that this is just a tit for tat exercise rather than a full blown declaration of war. The US flew stealth bombers into Pyongyang air space and so the North Korean leader retaliated by doing this.
I'm not trying to say he was right to do so and at some point if it keeps escalating we could well find ourselves with a full blown war on our hands which is made all the more scary by the possibility that North Korea could have nuclear weapons by now.

Wouldn't you say that flying stealth bombers intentionally over another country without provocation is a similar action?(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##Squishalot##DELIM##

Of course I would.
Now, go look again, and find where we flew into
their
airspace.
We didn't.
The US and S. Korea are performing maneuvers, "war games, if you will", that were announced to be just that...maneuvers.
