Your hit rating is REALLY low and you want to get that up as best as you can... its your number 1 priority for stats.
what make hit that important anyways? isnt it better just to focus on crit, AP and agility?

1) Get hit capped.
3) Gem for hit until you're capped, no matter what.
2) Use the Hand mounted pyro rocket instead of enchanting for AP (something that confused me with how strongly you felt about your engineering enchants)
4) Unless pyro boots give hit, slap icewalker on your boots for some more hit if you're still low
Aand for your first SV spec:
1) Point of no Escape is bad for raids.
2) Lack of Aimed Shot is bad.
3) Improved Hunter's Mark is only good if you raid with a ton of hunters.
4) 1/2 Go for the Throat is more than fine.
5) Noxious Stings increases ALL damage dealt to the target while Serpent Sting is up on them, not just the Serpent Sting damage.
6) If you want to have an easier hit cap to hit take 3/3 in Focused Aim and take it out of Imp. Hunter's Mark. The hit cap is much lower at that point (somewhere in the 150-160 range if I recall correctly) making it easier to gem for it.
Other than that your gear looks fine for being crafted/BoE epics; just replace all your gems with hit gems till you hit the cap and you should see your DPS skyrocket precisely due to what Euprides said :).

This has priority over Arcane shot which you are probably using.
In case this wasn't clear, don't use Arcane Shot. Arcane Shot is bad, don't even have it on your bars unless you just like having it there.
Agree with most suggestions, getting Wyvern Sting w/o Noxious Stings is not helping you at all. WS is all PvP/CC, NS is a genuine DPS boost. Point of no escape would help against Gluth type fights (XT is you actually dropped a trap?) but everywhere else is going to be wasted.
Lot of mixed gems, you're much better off just going for agility, since almost no socket bonus is good enough to pass up the Agility. Only go for a blue/yellow if you also need one for your meta (
Good
, also
pretty good
). Think of it this way, you hear the convos that 1Agi>2AP, well if you are dropping in a gem with Stam, but losing 8Agi for a 12AP bonus, 12<16. Agility trumps so much it is almost not funny.

I'll just throw in a question here. Is it really recommended to spec for Aimed Shot? I'm doing just fine using Multishot instead of Aimed Shot.

and there are times when using multishot can get you into trouble.
Compounded if you take Hawk Eye, as you now have 41 yards to hit a target that wasn't aggro'd before. Its amazing how often the aggro range is just that
one
little yard and you pull them.
