I actually thought about writing a detailed blog about it... but here is the short version.
You want to stack either mostly casters, or mostly physical DPS. You want to have your DPS as versatile as possible, so all the possible buffs are provided and used properly. If your warrior is Sundering, it doesn't really help if you have 7 spellcasters shooting the boss. And the other way around.
Your group composition should be something along the lines of:
1 Tank - really, any tank
1 Healer - From my experience a Priest is really nice, but anything can do.
8 DPS - Preferably either 8 casters, or 8 Physical DPS. One of those should be a druid.
It is doable with a random composition, of course. I did it last night with 1 feral druid to kite, my tankadin to tank, disc priest for heals, 1 warlock, 2 hunters, 1 DK, 1 rogue, 1 mage... and one more, I forgot what.
As for DPS, you need to be shooting for 4k+ per DPS. 4.5k is good. Our DK was pulling 6k.

Here
is a basic caster build. Fill the rest with whatever casters you find.
Of course there are others... but that's the first one I came up with. Feel free to tinker around.

When Sartharion is at ~35-40% the Druid should be 20-30 yards away from Tenebron. We had our druid taunt the drake at 35% and just switch to Cat Form and Spring to the entrance. By the time he was there, Sartharion was dead. He is likely to die though.
A macro like
/cast Growl
/cast Cat Form
helps. A MD or two
after
he taunts also help.

A Hunter can do it, but it's riskier. First, you have no Sprint. And you really need to get away
quickly
. If the said Hunter had a Potion of Swiftness and/or Engineering tinker on boots, then maybe. Another plus would be if he could MD to his pet, shoot Tenebron with something strong (Explosive, Chimera, Aimed...) and keep running. The pet might be able to survive 1-2 hits if luck would have it, which will give the hunter even more time to keep running. As a final move, the hunter could FD just before the drake gets him, and then pop back up with Deterrence for extra few seconds of life. But there are too many
if
s.
