First of all, you need improved Howl of Terror, it is a must. Fears are the key to staying alive.
Second, Soul link is a very nice talent to have because you can take 20% more damage(quite an obvious choice really)
Third, You dont need to put talents in Curse of Weakness because it sucks and you should really be using Curse of Agony instead.
4. Try to pick up the Nightfall talent, it really is a very nice little damage boost when it procs (picking up the glyph of corruption also adds another 4% chance to proc)
Apart from the changes above it all looks quite ok. Have fun PvPing.

I really don't know much about affliction PvP but I know that every lock pvp spec needs certain spells to make it a viable pvp spec.
For starters you need soul link, (it was stated above but I'm saying it so I can keep track)
And the other thing you absolutely need is Molten skin, (plus the 5 in bane really doesnt hurt either)
I dont know why you went curse of weakness, if that's your choice however I won't argue it but I do recomend that you take nightfall instead.
Due to the fact that you have curse of exhaustion I don't see why you put anything into imp CoA either since curse of exhaustion is really the most usefull in almost all PvP situations.
These changes will pretty much leave you with a cookie cutter build, I know it's nice to think of your own build ideas but there's a reason these cookie cutter builds exist and that's because they work well and arewell thought out.
Hope it helps
PS I agree mindthegap5 in that imp howl of terror is a good choice too. However if you don't like using fears (or at least howl of terror) often then you wont need it.
