I am trying to farm gold to get epic flying skill. I HATE dailies so find that farming Ore and Enchanting mats to sell is easier. I got a good spot to farm ore. also while farming ore I pick up Eternals from mobs in the area I farm. My question is where is a good place to farm Greens? Should I regular quest and get the green rewards from them as well as the gold or should I just go and run VH with my 2 friends over and over again.

I don't get why people hate doing daily quests and would rather herb/mine/grind mobs. Most daily quests require you to play in almost an identical manner (you just kill the mobs they tell you to and 'mine' the items they tell you to).

Farm greens for fun and profit if you like, but for disenchanting, you should be farming the AH. Learn to use auctioneer advanced to search for greens to disenchant. Add this to your daily routine.
I recommend you start with a minimum discount of 40 to 50%. You can set the minimum profit, or adjust the minimum and maximum skill to de only the green levels you can do right now and target mats you are interested in.
Using disenchanting, I currently have epic flyers on 4 of my tunes, and have a Traveler's Tundra Mammoth. The point is, the AH should be part of your routine if you are serious about making money with disenchanting.

I do the AH on my bank toon but not ever do I see a green weapon/armor that sells for less than 15 to 20g and blues my god they are 50g. I mean if I find one that is below 10g I swoop in and pick it up right away.

You answered your own question, some of us dont like repetition.
During BC and now in Wotlk ive done almost no dailies at max lvl, the only dailies i do now a days are tournament.

Because mining and farming greens isn't repetitive ? Different people, different tastes, but in the end most of the end-game (at least the parts without interactions with other players) are all repetitive, the best you can do in my opinion is alternate a little from each.

Gather up a bunch of those
Eternal Earth
and/or
Eternal Shadow
that you've been collecting. Take them to a Jewelcrafter with a little free time and ask for
Shadowmight Ring
and/or
Stoneguard Band
. D/E and repeat. As mentioned before, finishing any Northrend quests you haven't completed can be good as long as you stay away from Storm Peaks and Icecrown until you get epic flying. You'll get the gold bonus and green rewards!

There are a lot more dailies than 25, just don't do the same ones all the time.
Mining Sholazar Basin all day is just as repetitive as doing dailies.

Find out how much 2 infinite dusts cost on your AH. Set your search parameters as anything level 75-80, green or better. Skip to the greens. Buy anything that costs less to buy than the above cost. Go wild. I personally have made enough to buy the mats for the ulduar25 tailoring belt in a week.

I do but 2 Infinite dust sells for 13g for 2 or around that. and I can't find many. BUt I like the idea of taking the Eternal earth and shadows and making items to DE.

To be honest, he's right. RFC
is
the best place to farm greens. You never specified what level greens you wanted to find.
