Do you ever get disconnected immediately upon logging in? It could be someone else playing on your account, and the servers won't let the same account be logged-in in two different places.

So I understand your latency to your router is 9-35ms, but how about your in game latency? If that's high enough (say in the realm of several seconds, or spiking a lot) you'll suffer such disconnects. I had to deal with this last summer at the place I was then, and I'd get both the disconnects before the UI finished loading and after a couple of minutes of play.
Alternatively, I want to point out that torrents will weather a disconnection very well in most cases. If it lasts less than a few seconds, you probably won't see an effect at all, unless you're looking at the screen when it happens. Thus, downloading torrents is not a great way to test if you connection is working correctly. If it's at all possible, try running a network cable to your computer and see what happens. Also, look at your modem and router to see if any lights change when you get disconnected.

Good luck.
