Pet's permanent Cower

After a long time, I decided to play my hunter again. I went MM, I picked a Tenacity pet (Boar) to help keep monster off my awesome self... but there has been a minor problem. Every now and then (and that's pretty often), when I log in, my pet's Cower is set to autocast, regardless if the fact that I turn the autocast off every time I see it on.
Are the random Cowers a known issue, or is it something random I could probably fix by deleting Cache/taming a new pet?

We've all got to deal with it, and it's no fun at all. But, I've worked out a method to keep the autocasts off, and it's quite simple. I just string a macro to disable the pet abilities that I don't want into a shot I commonly use. Like, I would replace the arcane shot on my action bar with...
/petautocastoff Cower
/petautocaston Growl
/cast Arcane Shot
Until it gets fixed, I find it's a decent fix. Hope it helps.

Every time I log in, I always check to make sure cower is off as it's not on my pet action bar.
Also, pet's need a bigger action bar.

As others have mentioned, just place cower on the pet's action bar and it will not randomly turn on. If you dont want to do this, you can give this macro a shot:
#showtooltip
/cast Hunter's Mark
/petautocastoff Cower
/petattack
It places hunters mark on the target, turns off cower, then sends pet to attack the target.

This, apparently growl turns itself off too. Someone gave me a macro like this:
/cast Hunter's Mark
/petautocastoff Cower
/petautocaston Growl
/petattack
Works wonders, allows my pet to get aggro quick, or if a monsters attacking me and I need to lose it, throw this on it and disengage.

My cat used to act the same way with Cower & Prowl. I put them on the action bar, no more auto on.
