get your mining up to 300 now(reqired for outland). The nodes in hellfire penninsula are spread all over. As you quest, you will pass many of them. When at 68-70 the nodes are all over the starting areas in northrend. you need to be at 350 to mine there. Its easier to get the nodes in passing instead of backtracking at 80 to get them.
