This is the basic "must have" healing spec as of now:

7 points are still free (and the 3 points in Living Seed might be debatable). With 3.2 you simply put 2 of those into Empowered Touch, giving you 5 points to distribute. I'd take Nature's Grace and Revitalize.

I consider 5/5 Naturalist over 5/5 Shapeshifter talents to be a garbage trade, I don't have it now and I won't get it in 3.2. But whatever, the resto tree does have some leeway if you insist on getting Naturalist.

Constant nerfs to Lifebloom; Constant buffs to Nourish. It would seem that we should be using Nourish way more. HoT's are seemingly only present to make our Nourish stronger through its glyph.
HoTs still account for like 80% of our heals.

Hate to highjack a topic, but the changes to Emp Touch changes Nourish's SP coefficient from 67% to 80%, correct?

Empowered Touch + Nature's Swiftness-Healing Touch = fantastic OH $#!% button (and a buff to nourish)
If you use glyph of healing touch, not only are you reducing the amount it heals, but you're basically making all the talents that buff Nourish useless by using HT instead. If you want to be a bursty healer then check out the talent build I linked^^^ Oh, and make a NS+HT macro and don't put HT on your bar separately.

Why this change to nourish should affect HT is beyond me. They play the same role (especially if HT is glyped). So if you were inclined to use HT or HT glyphed before this change, then this changes does nothing for you. If you were thinking about using HT or HT glyped after this change, then, again this change does nothing new for you.
If you want to spam big fat slow heals, roll a pally. They have the talents/stats(ie crit) to be much more efficient at throwing out fatty holy lights. If you want to toss out quicker direct heals...... thats what nourish is for.
