get more spellpower =) get all upgrades, go crit>haste as disc

A link to your armory would be very helpful.
Ok, so your a disc healer. We care about these stats:
Spell Power: 1592
Crit: 12.86%
Int: 1096 (20,023 mana)
Haste: 337 (10.28%)
mp5: 421 (i5sr unknown)
Your sp is low, I'd recommend trying to get that around 2k unbuffed (and yes, that includes Inner Fire).
Your crit is extreamly low, this should be around 20-30% unbuffed.
Your haste is right on par.
Your mana is good for anything pre-Ulduar, but for Ulduar you'll need another 2-4k more mana.
Your mp5 is right on par (though more never hurts).
As far as stamina goes, yes, it does have some importance, but if your gear is up to par with other stats, your stamina will always be up to par for wherever you plan to raid.
You may want to sacrifice some haste gear to get crit gear. Whatever you do, get that sp and crit up.

In addition to basically agreeing with the above comments (enchants! gems! SP! crit!), I'd recommend a minor tweak to your spec. Take the 3 points from improved renew and put 1 in desperate prayer, 1 in improved flash heal, and 1 in focused power. Oh, and swap your glyph of renew for flash heal. You shouldn't be using renew all that much, and you certainly shouldn't be relying on it. It's a weak filler spell for disc, not bread & butter.
Good luck! You're basically ready for Naxx25, with just a little bit of tweaking. Mostly just purchases, no need to run heroics or Naxx10 for urgent upgrades.

Try turning on inner fire. Watch as your spell power magically flies up.

I tried speccin holy 14/57 and i noticed i had problems with keeping mana up, now i tried 57/14 and i dont have any problems as if i were holy...
I can't see your spec on your profile or even armory, so I'll assume you're spec'ed correctly and have 3/3 meditation. So based on that...
Holy doesn't have the mana efficiency that disc does in my opinion, so it is a hurdle knowing what to use and when.
First and foremost, look at your overhealing (provided you run some sort of recount-esque add-on), if that is higher than most, then you need to find a way to remedy that by either focusing more on single target heals, or smart heals (CoH) instead of something like PoH or even holy nova (though you should almost never use holy nova anyway). PoM if you spec correctly is a very efficient heal as it only procs on dmg taken, so keep that up on your tank as much as possible.
Second, and very important for mana in any spec, shadowfiend. Use it, use it a lot. This little guy is your innervate, and when used correctly will keep your mana topped off for the duration of most bosses. The trick to SF is not to use him when you know a large amount of AoE damage will come and kill it off before it gives enough mana.
My final point of advice would be to flask in raids with the mp5 flask. Yes, SP is good, and we love it, but what good is all that SP if you have no mana to back it up? I only flask for SP on Vezak and never have any problems with my healing being low or ineffective compared to our other raiders.

Purpleroze:
I just took a look at your gear, and it looks like you took gemming advice a little to seriously. You need something in there...
With your gems, I'd recommend using the formula sp > crit > haste/int (whichever you need more) > mp5 > spi
Your shoulders need to be inscribed
You need an
Eternal Belt Buckle
Your pants need to be inscribed
You need to gem your sockets
Respec, your talent build in all honesty sucks.
This is what I use
. The first two tiers in holy have a few different options. Basically, max out
Holy Specialization
and spend the next 5 pts as you see fit.
If you have the gold, check out your local AH. There is some very good gear you can purchase.
Here's a thread on purchasable gear
. Check out the rest of the thread for gear drops you should be looking for.
Remember, you don't have to get the BiS chants/inscriptions, a lot of times this would be a very unwise decision since you should be replacing the gear pretty quickly. Use your own judgment what will help you out vs the cost.
Edit:
Aluni:
You seem to have the same problem that purple does, your crit is extremely low. If it's a PvE priest spec, you need a lot of crit.
I'd work on the same two stats as he is, sp and crit.
You also need to work on finishing chanting/inscribing your gear; use the same link I gave purple.
When getting a head piece, make sure it has a meta socket. They. Are. Amazing.
I can't seem to look at your talent spec, but once again, I'd make sure it's the same as what I recommended for purple.

I dinged 80 2 nights ago, so I guess I'll submit myself to some embarassment, too ;) My main spec is Holy.
Tiakatt - Gorefiend
I ran my first heroic 2 nights ago also...a PuG. Not one death the entire run, but to be honest that was more to do with a
phenomenal
tank than with me.
But I'm very curious about gear options. I know my Crit is completely
abysmal
, but the problem I'm having with that right now is that currently my gear options seem to require me to choose between Spirit and Crit...which is very frustrating. As you can see, not one of my items with spirit as a base stat also carries Crit >=(
Aside from things like gemming, how can I raise my crit without leaving my spirit completely in the crapper? Should I just say forget it to Spirit, even though I am Holy?
As for my cloak enchant (Springy Arachnoweave) the +18 sp is not displaying -- it didn't even update the item's listed SP like it did for my old cloak, and I have no idea why -- but I've done the math and it IS being calculated into my SP -- which also seems to be low....
And please feel free to laugh at my Chest enchant! ;) I can't really afford better right now - Gorefiend Alliance is not a cheap market, and to be honest I'm hoping to replace that chest soon as it is.
Any major mistakes in my talent build, keeping in mind that I'm still working on 5-man dungeons/heroics rather than raids?

Oh, yeah...I forgot about that stupid PW:S glyph. Had it for leveling (shields often bought me time) and never replaced it. SoR was also for leveling as my guild always had me working on things I was, frankly, underleveled for ;) The very moment I could enter a dungeon, I did. And they like to make big pulls. I am not dying often at all now, so it's a pretty serious waste of a glyph slot. >.< Thanks for the reminder, I'll fix that.
I'll work on getting the MP5 up =)
Good to hear that the crit will come later, I'll stick it out until then, thank you!
