Hello everybody,
I am currently working on a Feral Cat Druid which is on a pvp server. He is currently lvl 39.
I am having a hard time with spell rotations. I have read on some posts the importance of Shred, and to get combo points from Shred which I am confused about, since to me, you have only one chance to use it, such as using dash to get away from your target, leap behind target and, Shred. Surely Shred isn't used for an opening, is it?
Also, when would I use Pounce or Ravage? I know Pounce has stun but Ravage does more damage.
Another question is, after an opening, what is a good spell rotation? Do I use Claw until I have 5 points up, then Rip? I have read on some posts to get all five points before I use Rip.
When in all of this would I use Rake or Ferocious Bite?
Any help and/or suggestions are appreciated. As I said before I am on a pvp server so it would be great to get some rotation suggestions, also help for pve, if possible.
I know it is probably tough to give rotation advice especially in a pvp situation. I just want to get a general idea. What I have been using so far is: Open with Ravage, then Claw (2x), then Rake to get a third point then Rip. Now I have Rake up and Rip. I then start over. Good? Bad?
Are there different rotations against caster and melees?
I suck in pvp to begin with so any help would be great!
Thanks in advance.
Btw, is it necessary for just plain lvling and a bit of pvp to put the 2 points into Shredding
Attacks?
