Its been a while since I leveled, and I leveled blood, but it looks like youve got it down. You should be able to keep a 100% UB uptime and BB is your only other aoe until you get DnD. *warning- personal opinion ahead* I would go frost at 60 if you want to continue aoe grinding. Youll have enough points for HB, which not only adds a nice nuke, but a nuke that will crit often and crit hard. Youll also have improved oh sh- abilities with Toughness, Unbreakable Armor and improved Icebound Fortitude through Guile of Gorefiend. These abilities will also let you keep moving from group to group with less downtime. Heres a frost build I throw together-

All that said, I still think blood is the most efficient leveling spec with all its healing, leaving VERY little, IF ANY downtime. Blood even buffs Blood Boil nicely for your aoe needs, not to mention Heart Strike cleaves.
Then again, Wandering Plague makes Unholy aoe grinding just fine.

When you get to 60 do this rotation
Pull-> Death n Decay-> Icy Touch ->Plague Strike->Pestilence->Unholy Blight.
With diseases up Blood Boil x2 -> Scourge Strike(or Death Strike if you're low on HP)x2
Keep 100% UB uptime, Death Strike to heal(its VERY powerful, you NEVER need to bandage). Hit death coil if your Runic power is about to cap.
Build:

corpse explosion is optional.
Reaping is there as an extra OH **** button, so you can do Death Strike x3.
IMO tank gear mixed with a lot of crit gear is the best for this. You can also solo elites with this build quite easily.
I would aim for something like late 70s
this
