Look solid except for the two points in Improved Judgement. You should only need one if you're following the 969 rotation. Otherwise, seems just fine to me, but wait around for a more pro Protadin opinion, though. XD

You're fine. Didn't miss anything critical, nothing idiotic and unneeded.

Thats the specc i use. As for the 2/2 Improved Judgements for more uptime its just not gonna happen as prioritizing Judgement every time its on CD messes up your rotation. Apart from that all "block increase procc" things will get double duration in Patch 3.2. So that libram will be up at all times then
Getting Divine Sacrifice and Divine Guardian is nice. It can take a load off your healers and puts your Sacred Shield at a 1 min duration aswell as improving its effectiveness to make up for lack of spw.
Divinity is mostly a filler, a large amount of healing ends up as overhealing in any case.
1/2 Spiritual Attunement is generally considered all you need, especially with DP having 100% uptime for most fights, but if you prefer 2/2 then you can change a point from Divinity
Having 2/2 Improved Hammer of Justice is really nice. Along with 2/2 Judgements of the Just this puts HoJ at 20 sec CD, making it a decent interrupt which is something paladtanks are generally lacking in.
Edit: As for Retribution talents. Benediction is just a filler for the 2nd point taken from Improved Judgements. And 3% crit have very marginal use. Threat isn't so much a problem so you're better off getting some prot stuff.
