I've had it for the first time yesterday, fighting Freya, Mimiron and Vezax.
First constation, having a proc watch/bar/... to make it more visible is absolutely essential to make it work (especially when it procs while trying to get lunar Eclipse going). It's probably a dps increase but didn't impress me really on Freya where i am not dotting lots of target (single target or large scale aoe).
On Mimiron however it was really good, especially on phases 3 (IS on head and assault bots) and 4 (IS on the 3 parts). It does take some effort to keep IS up on several targets, but getting several procs back to back makes it really nice and a big dps increase.
On Vezax i only use SF for the moment, so nothing to say (i went back to 4T7 for that fight, though i'll probably have to set up a more specific gear set fot there, seeing as i was sometimes a little under GCD for SF (probably when NG procced, i'll need to investigate that more clearly).
Some general things : getting a proc while trying to proc lunar is somewhat stressfull. What i basically did was to continue wrathing until eclipse, but to still cast the instant SF after 9s. Quite often the SF came down right at the same time the lunar eclipse did indeed proc from one of the previous wrath. I didn't get thrown into solar because of that.
It did sometime mess me up a bit because i usually wait 1-1.5s before starting to hammer the SF key again. Thus if i didn't notice the free SF i'd sometimes be standing there for a few tenths of seconds not casting at all.
Those are all preventable by making some things more obvious, so all in all i'm rather satisfied with it. I don't consider it game breaking though except on things like Mimiron p4 where it really shines.
