I always thought that a 3v3 full enhance shaman team would be awesome, 1 BL with 6 wolves and a boat load of windfuries.

PoM charges do not stack. In fact -- even worse -- they currently overwrite each other. If you cast PoM on a target that already has PoM from another priest, it overwrites the prior buff.
Weakened soul debuff is still 15 seconds. You've gimped one of the disc priest's biggest powertools by forcing your teammates to cast fewer shields (per priest).
Ridiculously low escapability. Yes, you now have five fear-bombs, but that's IT. Your partners have no peels to protect you when you're focused. Priests are very easy to chain-CC without a peeling partner like a rogue or ret.
Rotten regen. Disc priests cannot last very long in arena without a regen break. To get a break you need a partner that can protect you. Holy Nova is a mana eater, so if you're relying on this spell, you'd better hope for very quick matches! And shadow fiend is killable and CC-able; not as reliable in arena as we'd like.
Low DPS. If you're playing against a team with one or more healers, you'll have a hard time killing anyone. Perhaps you could all burst down the first opponent with a quintuple Power Infusion bomb, but then what? Yes, it's a defensive comp, but without offense you're far worse off than the defensive SL/SL lock of BC.
I'm no arena expert. But a five-healer team would certainly be easy to counter by a smart group, and once the counter was found, you'd be toast.
That said, it would probably be a lot of fun for a little while!

Class stacking is proven to be inferior to using a mixture. The only class I can think of that used to benefit from class stacking was 5 elemental shamans.
The bloodlust uptime was insane, the team could block 5 offensive spell every 15 seconds from grounding totem spam, and it could spam chainlightning, which is an amazing PvP AoE spell. Five flameshocks + lavaburst is still quite nasty though, most targets will not survive that kind of burst without some serious cooldowns.

5 frost mages is still stupidly overpowered, more so now with WotLK. You can't find an actual mage to attack because of all the MI's and elementals. Throw in that they can CC the healers and shatter the hell outa them, it's almost impossible to overcome.
You literally need to use a paladin or DK as bait, get em to pop MI's, then LoS them and kill off all the adds quickly. Having a hunter would help with killing the adds.

I have no idea if it would work. But what if you add a Death Knight to that team? holy bombers correctly positioned, desecrate, Death grip, bomb people down. Would be fun, i guess.
Still can never win to a "true" combo of different well-played classes. Fun as hell? yeah!

I played 4 boomkins and a shaman, this is nuts, boomkins with heroism + starfall + treants :P We just called switch on vent and stuff died in 2 sec.
BTW back to your 5v5 team idea with 5 priests, it will fail miserably, you cant kill anything, if they are smart they will just outlast you and when you spam holy nova its realy lolz cause it eats your mana ye you an fear twice but only 1 per 5 sec will be effective anyway and will prob be disspelled cause most 5v5 have atleast 1 priest.
Only map you should have a change is RoV by quick mana burning their healers but ye be prep to get zerged:P

Of all the 5v5 things ive heard, disc is one of the worst.
You can't take advantage of extra PW:S, one of the disc strengths. Your only CC will go on DR stupidly quick, and you have little burst capabilities, meaning even if you tunnel 1, 2 healers can probably keep the target up easily, maybe even 1. No abilities to kite, peel, or control outside of fearbomb. All the weaknesses of disc x 5.
