Looking for advice on tanking 3.2

ok, well I've always been a DpSer, but Iecided that with a new patch coming out, and all my talents being reset, I mightaswell dual spec as a tank.

that is my curent tanking gear, I do actualy have tankinh pants, but they are horrible so I didn't include them. So any advice on frost spec tanking for 3.2 will be much appreciated.
One last thing, will DWing be useful as a frost tank since you could do something like DW Red Swords of Courage?
one thing I forgot, gear advice along with talents too please, but I do know I need to get the trinket from HoL, and I have read thegearing up in Northrend thread.
