Vindication isn't that great to be honest. Same for Eye for an Eye. Those are both PvP talents.
Need Vengeance and Art of War; skip Swift Retribution imo.
Fill out Sheath of Light and Judgment of the Wise, then go down the prot tree and I'd suggest getting Anticipation and Toughness or Imp Righteous Fury.
Maybe something more like
this
.

this is ur must have build. and from this point forward u can put the remaining points where ever u want ( NOT IN RIGHTEOUS FURY pls)
Thank you for your comments. I was thinking and maybe you should think a little bit before you go accusing others of not thinking at all.
If you are questing, there is nothing wrong with reducing the amount of damage you are taking. Obviously if you have played a paladin for a fair amount of time, you should know better than to use it in instances or groups where you are not supposed to be taking damage. The OP never stated that he was instancing, so I don't see an issue with taking Imp RF. Threat isn't an issue when questing.
Swift retribution is beneficial in some circumstances, but unless I am mistaken, seal procs occur on a ppm basis. Therefore, if you would rather have the procs occur more often, you would maintain a slower weapon speed. I have no problem with people taking it, but maybe just maybe there's something better. And anyway, to each his/her own.

PPM is based of base weapon speed not hasted speed.
Imagine how much haste would suck for every class otherwise?

That's not the big flaw in the post.

Actually, if you're spec'ing properly, seal procs occur on every melee hit. *cough*

Yes, use proper punctuation, paragraphs are fine and you could embed the item link in the text like
this
to make it look prettier.
And you always write I with a capital letter (in the sense of I meaning yourself).
About the Savage Saronite gear, it's free why shouldn't you get it if it's better than what you have?
