No, any decendent of the High Elves (all the way back to the War of the Ancients), are mortal. When they were cut off from the reborn Well, they were also kept out of the pack with Nozdormu the Timeless One, who gave the Night Elves immortality.
According to Wowwiki(take with grain of salt), maxium age for a Blood/High Elf is 300-400 years, with a few living as long long as 2 thousand.
Even then, it was never true immortality for either of the elf races, they just lived to the point where they wouldnt die of old age, they could still be killed by normal means.

Yeah the sun elves are different from the Night ones, after all Malfurion, Illidan and Tyrnade have been around since the war of the ancients, but all the orginal Highbourne are dead and gone.

Actually.......Draenei arent immortal either, there just incredibly long lived. Alot of the 22k + year olds are that old due to the Naaru ships and their cold sleep systems. The ones that were born on Draenor and survived the war against the orcs are 2 thousand years at the most.

Though it was said in Rise of the Horde, the Orc's had only known them on Draenor for 200 generations, the amount of time they had been visiting the holy oshu'gun after it crashed, the mountain being one of the naaru ships, and a generation is only 100 years more or less. They left Argus 21000 years ago, and they travelled the cosmos for a few thousands years, finding new planets only to have them destroyed by the Legion as they caught up to them.

Nah, the Eternals are immortal. They can die but slowly return, like in Highlander.
