Wonderfull skin
It's blue with gold and looks longer than your average cloak or cape

Funny thing about this cloak is, while it's Heroic T11 loot, it's still superior to the Avengers of Hyjal reputation cloak and the Mantle of Patience from the Thrall quest chain for Protection Warriors, making it Best-in-Slot.

At least if it's "of the Rockslab" or "of the Bedrock".
