There are two craft-able mail armor sets that don't appear to be in the game, yet. Perhaps never.

According to the official us.battle.net database, they have their own bizarre, unique random enchants !

On top of that, only one blue and one green gear piece from each set has these special random enchants.
The rest always have the same stats, like most gear.

Each of these types come in random values too, unlike all other current random-enchant gear...
for example more haste than mastery, or mastery than haste, or equal for both, all under 'of the panther'.

BOTH set's randomly-enchanted pieces have the following unique enchants:

of the panther ~ haste & mastery

of the scorpion ~ crit & haste

of the shark ~ crit & mastery

Windbound (INT) set's randomly enchanted pieces:

Windbound Bracers
Windbound Helm

Windbound set's exclusive enchants are:

of the master ~ spirit & mastery

of the wind ~ haste & spirit

of the wraith ~ crit & spirit , OR(!) haste & mastery

Razorshell (AGI) set's randomly enchanted pieces:

Razorshell Gloves
Razorshell Boots

Razorshell set's exclusive enchants are:

of flames ~ hit & mastery

of storms ~ crit & hit

of the mongoose ~ haste & hit , OR(!) mastery & hit

Whether these sets go live remains to be seen, but the concept of making random enchants unique to GEAR SETS boggles me. O_o
