Cannot wait for the bee mounts, and waiting for some more pets as well maybe a dungeon or two. I am glad that the professions are getting some cool stuff as well, cannot wait for a release date for BFA. Thanks for all the hard work here.
Bags are on a downturn, I know that I upgraded to full slots in WOD, but I have yet to even equip a made bag this expansion, and Don't see needing more. The prof squish is needed getting from 1-max is just a huge leap nowadays especially with with the new leveling changes.
I wonder if contracts will be profitable at all. Herbs for such stuff are usually pretty expensive. Looking forward to see how it will turn out.

I'm preparing for BfA selling the most Sumptuous Fur I still can!
The Refer a friend changes make sense I guess, seeing as experience was being reduced all round it wouldn't make sense for you to circumvent that with a 200% bonus haha.
I'm glad they nerfed RAF if it was mostly used by multiboxers. If you use character only for goldmaking purposes, then you can evaluate how long it takes the character to repay the value of the boost / time spent levelling, doesn't matter if the character does gathering, profession cooldowns, mission table farming etc. If the return rates were crazy (investment cost low but payoff high), this creates an imbalance in the economy. That could even lead into Blizzard nerfing content for normal users due to multiboxer abuse. Like nerfing mission tables or multi-tap gathering. Which would hurt the casuals more than the professional gold makers. Especially now with tokens, any multiboxing cost from buying extra game copies to buying character boost can be done via in-game gold, so if the gold income from extra character / account vastly outstrips the cost of buying it, we're creating a self-feeding circle where the only limit is the goldmaker's ultimate boredom / hassle from having to log too many characters per day (for mission tables, profession cooldowns and whatnot).
About the community blogs, I'm curious about the one who tried to sell xmogs on low pop realm.Do we have something that can really sell? I've been trying almost all strategies here: selling old world mount and items, selling raid items, buying mats and preparing lots of crafting, and doesnt seem anything works...
I am excited about the new bag for tailoring. Who doesn't need more bag slots, right? I am a hoarder so more bag slots are always good!
For me the best method of getting rich or just to make money is to get jewelcrafting as early as possible. Someone may ask why jewelcrafting not enchanting for example? My way answer is simple u always need a gem in you bag just in case if you drop an item with or item upgrade with socket and enchants does not fit on mostly items in our equipment. Waiting for discussion :)
I feel like tailoring & enchanting are the way to go for new expansions. Disenchanting your old gear as you quest & receive new ones, essentially free mats. Tailoring because many people want to upgrade or make new characters & require bags.
About RAF changes, I'm pretty angry, if they knew all these years about RAF use, why they changed it? If you know most RAF users don't care about questing and they just want to hit max lvl, why punish them? You aren't "getting people into actual questing", you are just making things harder just because.
I like the idea of being able to jump straight in to leveling current expansion profession leveling without having to have it maxed prior. It makes it easier to get a jump on goldmaking opportunities on the new items without a whole lot of prep and gold outlay.
I am really looking forward to that hammer for blacksmithing. I also hope that any craftable plate set that we may get is a lot better looking than the Empyrial one.
I will be keeping an eye largely on enchanting and JC as their reliability never fails as well as churnin out old profession mounts. Since Steelbound Harnesses had dropped as hard as they did, I had largely forgotten about them, but the bloods falling out of common use didnt really pop to mind. Might give them a try come BFA!
Thinking about leveling a Blacksmith for the next xpac, and focus on new interesing items and previous mounts as well, like Steelbound Harness as seen in the post.
As a main jewelcrafter, I'll be investing in the new exp gems. I believe that will sell all during the xpac and forward, with a well established price, just like max slot bags.
I like the suggestions about what to do just before and after a new expansion - for me that has always been a difficult time to know what markets to get into.
I all my characters still stucked with gathering profession. Not really sellings any of my mats and my gold has been hovering at 200k. I guess there is no time like how to start making money. Need to get rid of the fear of choosing the wrong profession.Speaking of datamining, Looks like hunter is going to get a mechanical tiger, awesome!
Seeing profession data for an upcoming expansion is always a mix of excitement and anxiety. What markets that I'm currently making gold on(both max and low level markets) won't be profitable, and what new ones will I find? For the last couple of expansions I've told myself everytime to just take my hunter alt with mining and skinning and just farm mats to sell instead of focusing on leveling up, but I never end up doing that and just focus on playing my main until atleast a couple of patches in the expansion. It just feels wrong to not focus on my main and level that character up first :P
