Hmmmmm that was strange. I started in the south and worked my way up. The last one I was going for was "Malden's Orchard" but I hit "The Ivar Patch" first which resulted in me getting the achievement. Few seconds later I "discovered" Malden's Orchard.

To access Silverpine Forest from Tirisfal Glades, go to the left Undercity and go south.

North Tide's Run for the explorer achievement is off the coast of silverpine forest. loc 25,14 . I tried for hours to use the coords shown in all the comments and they all put you in tirisfal glades. I hit my achieve while flying and stopped to note the coords.
