At 65% the boss will push out of P1 and into the first intermission. To do this phase normally, you split the raid into two groups and wait for her to knock you back to the side platforms to kill adds. On each of these side platforms as you're waiting for the boss to knock you back there is a Concentrated Storm Essence. By the time the knockback has pushed you to land here it will have despawned, which means that while waiting for the knockback you must send a player from each team across to collect the essences before they do. These players will take gradually increasing ticking damage until the phase transition happens. Once they have the debuffs they suffer no ill effects and just need to survive until P3.

Once P3 starts and you're knocked back to the main platform, both these players must stack together in the Raging Storm (the creeping lightning at the edge of the room). Doing this will cause a Concentrated Storm add to spawn in the middle of the room. The add needs to be tanked but it's only real mechanic is causing orbs to fly outward from underneath him much like the add in the second intermission. It has little health and dies quickly. Once it's dead the boss can be killed and the achievement should go white when you do it.

Not a particularly difficult achievement. You can send Demon Hunters, Evokers, and Hunters over to the platforms pretty easily, but DHs with Netherwalk are probably best. You take a *lot* of damage until you grab the essence, and after that it's a normal fight until P3. You have two options for P3 strat for this achievement:

1.) Spawn the add immediately and begin DPSing while you have more room.
2.) Delay the spawn until Bloodlust/Potions align (depending on Lust strat)

The add has just over 10 million HP in a 19 man group, and spawns under Raszageth. The only notable ability it does is the same lightning orb AoE as the Intermission 2 adds do.

This achievement really doesn't alter the fight, and I'd say it's one of the easiest ones.

Just going to add that should the person with the debuff die, you can brez them and they won't lose the debuff. Still can summon the add at the very end.

You could probably just leave one of the persons dead and brez them just before the final phase, if you really wanted.

Instructions for Raszageth: The aim of this achievement is to defeat the Concentrated Storm. A concentrated storm essence can be found on each of the platforms on the side of the main platform. At the start of the first intermission as soon as the boss flies up, two players must dash to these platforms, ideally dracthyrs and daemon hunters, to safely glide down and quickly pick up the essences before the boss knockback. The essences despawn after the knockback, so players must get the essences fast before phase one ends. The players will get quite a lot of damage while running for the essences, so make sure to self heal and get there quick cos picking up the essences will stop the damage.

It is important that those who pick up these essences do not die as in phase 3, after being knocked back onto the final platform, these players have to stack together in the raging storm, that is the blue stuff on the outer circle of the platform, causing the concentrated storm add to spawn in the middle of the room. This add shoots out orbs like the add in the second intermission, just nuke him down, continue the mechanics as usual, and nuke the boss.

Quite strange but the achievement was "nowhere to be found" until I earned it. Meaning when I opened DUNGEONS & RAIDS and sub-list DRAGONFLIGHT RAID - but it was nowhere to be found there. When I typed in the "search" tab it did appear there but when trying to click it - it led me to nowhere. Quite bizzare!

Even the InstanceAchievementTracker addon did not find it after scanning and flag it as incomplete

Simple enough achievement

We had a druid and a rogue hop over with relative ease (druid using tiger dash, and our rogue using a Potion of Gusts ).
Both did so when we hit 65%, when she flies up, but BEFORE she does her knockback for the rest of us... that way they didn't take too much damage from being on the platform early
it was a little close though...
We also found that they could use the 2nd Hurricane Wing (from the boss) to get knocked over there early, for those who have no other means to

Intermissions and P2 were the same as usual

P3, we just had those 2 stack up behind us (where we usually drop our main bomb in phase 1 to catch us from Hurricane Wing knockbacks).
The add spawns in the middle a couple seconds later, and acts like the elemental in 2nd intermission, throwing out lightning orbs to dodge (that stun on contact)

Our rogue did die during first intermission, brez picked him up without issue to the achy.

Defeat Raszageth the Storm-Eater after successfully gathering two Concentrated Storm Essences and defeating the Concentrated Storm in Vault of the Incarnates on Normal difficulty or higher.
