To get A Bit of This, A Bit of That you need receive the 6 buffs.
You get those buffs after complete the WQ We'll Workshop It. /way 54,8, 28,7 WQ

So, after collect 12x Sack of Supplies on the WQ, Deliver the supplies for 1 of 6 NPCS.
Each NPC reward differents buffs "artisan's gifts" (one per WQ).

Gormsmith Cavina rewards Gorm Whisperer.
Sorcha rewards Vorkai War Paint.
Lady of the Falls rewards Faerie Pomander.
Elder Gwenna rewards Slumberweb.
Groonoomcrooek rewards Tirnenn Resilience.
Elder Finnan rewards Finnan's Luck.

No requeriment to find:

I joined a raid after gathering the 10x sack of supplies and delivered to all 6 for each buff to get the achievement completed.

3 of these NPCs has to be unlocked via doing their side quests in Arden

collect the 10 sack of supplies then switch your group to raid and delivered to all 6 to get each buff which will be shown in the mini-map and the achievement will be complete. when you get the achievement switch group to party again and finish the quest.

To unlock the other 3 NPCs (Elder Finnan, Elder Gwenna, Groonoomcrooek) you need to do the side quests starting with Ages-Echoing Wisdom (requires Well, Tell the Lady) from Lady of the Falls. After finishing all side quests, relog and they'll appear in Glitterfall Basin where you can ask for their buffs. Don't forget to switch back to Raid!

Sadly, I typed in the search, the world quest "We'll Workshop It" the title of the world quest I'm on at the moment. THIS is what came up as a suggestion, and when I pressed enter for my search, THIS is where it took me. I'm not exactly sure how the search could "mistake" We'll Workshop It" with "A Bit of This, A bit of That", not one word in the search is in the place wowhead took me.

Exactly how does this search thing work? Obviously not by what we type.

Edit: Even more bizzar, when I got to this page, there was zero comments. I typed this and sent it, suddenly there are over a dozen comments, some talking about a raid.

What I originally was looking for, I collected the 10 sacks, now I'm to deliver the supplies, but there is no indication as to where I'm to deliver them to. Thanks @Spider2, for letting us know where to turn in and what to expect as a reward.

You do not need to join another raid - you can create a Raid with the LFD Tool:

make any (private) LFD group
Right-click your portrain -> convert to Raid
(do not forgot to leave afterwords, the game even allows single person raids)

ok..I read all reports and shud have done some of them 1st off, anyhoo...
collect ur 10 items, get a mate/guildie to make a raid, click on the guys u still need, OR
click on all of them, u wont lose ur items and u will get ur achiev, then u can easily leave the raid group to hand in the WQ.
there's a similar one in Bastion but not as easy, still a raid thing tho.

If you do the side quests to unlock those three npcs, but can't see them in glitterfall basin, you can log out and log back in and they'll be show up

in order to more easily track your progress on this and other shadowlands achievements that require that specific world quests are available, you can run the following:

you can run the lines individually, using Paste / CopyPasta, or with an extended macro using Macro Toolkit.

if you've already completed an achievement on the current character it will be skipped, otherwise the achievement name will be listed along with whether or not the required quest is available:
true = achievement is not completed, and the required quest is available and should be added to the world quest tracker
false = achievement is not completed but not the required quest available

the achievements tracked by this script are:

Can confirm as of 5/22/2022 you can do this achievement in one go. The method I used was collecting 10 supplies solo, then before flying over to the delivery NPCs, I invited a friend and converted group to RAID. Once in a raid I flew to each named NPC and delivered the supplied while tracking the achievement progress. After doing all of them bam, the achievement popped up and I left the group to complete the WQ for regular rewards.

For people that have issues finding this WQ. This WQ usually is not showed in the map as a circle with a ! mark. You have to be in Glitterback basin to pop it. IT happened this twice

If you are lonely rider as I am, you can collect the sack's then go an Inn and log out.
Switch to alt and make group and switch back few times until you got yourself a raid group.
Eventually deliver to all and yer got an ach!
-Be in rested area for both characters and it will be much quicker (there is an Inn where you deliver the items)
-This works even the other member of your group is offline (obviously because it's also you :))

Being in a raid group after getting all of the supplies still works in patch 10.x
