For the achieve Riding with my Slimes you need Defeat all bosses while affected by Plaguefallen within a single visit in Plaguefall.
To get Plaguefallen debuff you need stay in the water in Plaguefall until get 10 stacks of Concentrated Plague.
Don't use immunities skills or you will lose the debuff.
Plaguefallen debuff have 2 minutes duration so the last boss more harder to get because you will have a short window of time.
My suggestion here is burn all cds on the boss to kill him the most fast possible.

This is personal achievement.

Stay in the water in Plaguefall will get Concentrated Plague, when Concentrated Plague stack to 10 you will get a new debuff Plaguefallen, kill all boss in Plaguefall with this debuff to get achievement. actually, you don't need keep Concentrated Plague at full time, just make sure you have Concentrated Plague when boss dead.

Plaguefallen will be removed by immunity spell. also, in beta you'll lose Plaguefallen when you die.

Extra Fancy Darkmoon Feast/mage food is useful when you're stacking debuff.

Notice: the water in final boss room is different, will make you reduced any healing by 100%, should not use that.

Finished this last night.

Last boss can be a little rough, we actually did 4 dps 1 tank and we beat it with 2 seconds remaining, we had prot paladin and 2 shadow priests throwing in odd heals during the submerge phase and that was enough to make it.

As mentioned before in other comments, you need the Plaguefallen debuff from sitting in slime throughout the dungeon for 10 stacks.

We completed this with a Vengeance DH, Resto Druid, Shadow Priest, Elemental Shaman and Destruction Warlock. Our main strategy was just to get the debuff before the boss and nuke within the 2 minutes before it expires.

In order -

Globgrog is a pretty simple tank and spank. We dpsed down the larger add and ignored the smaller one. DPS of around 2.5-3.5k is required for this.

Doctor Ickus is also pretty simple. We had a warlock gateway down to move between the platforms when he jumped. Kill the exploding ooze and nuke the boss.

Domina Venomblade was slightly more complicated. We used our Elemental Shaman in ghost wolf to get all of the stealthed mobs and cleaved them down with the boss.

Margrave Stradama is a whole different story. We were getting the achievement for everyone in the group a single try. The pool to get Plaguefallen on is at least 20 seconds walk from the boss, add on the boss going immune for close to half your debuffs duration and you have an exceptionally tight dps check on your hands. We managed it with 2 seconds left on the timer, with a group dps averaging close to 12k. We also needed the warlock gateway and a summon stone to cheese some of the walking to the boss. This is monumentally easier if you decide to split this achievement up and get it over 2 runs for your group rather than 1.

What the achievement doesn't clarify;

- You *only* need to have the debuff at the end of the fight, you can essentially get the debuff just before you kill it and still get credit.

- You will likely need very substantial dps to beat some of the fights if you choose to get all 5 people the achievement in a singular run. Having below 5k burst dps is likely not sufficient if you decide to get everyone the achievement at once.

- You CAN die and still complete the achievement. You only need to kill all of the bosses with Plaguefallen in a single run to get the achievement.

- The achievement is individual. Not everyone needs to have the debuff to count as credit. This means you can make it very easy for yourselves and split the runs up to decrease the amount of people required to have the debuff.

Good luck to everyone. This took us around an hour to complete from start to finish.

My group used Conjured Mana Buns while we were stacking our debuffs and it worked perfectly (can be used while sitting in ooze.) Also our trolls had to race change because of the Troll Racial Da Voodoo Shuffle ( this passive takes 20% of the time off of the debuff ) >.<. If you're planning on trying this achievement with trolls, they have to start stacking their debuff 15-20 seconds after the rest of the group. This will give the entire group about 1m 36secs to try and down the boss. Good luck!

If you're a troll trying this achievement you have only ~96 seconds instead of the usual 120 seconds due to Da Voodoo Shuffle (Da Voodoo Shuffle)

What we did to circumvent this is to have the troll :-) get the debuff late in the fight. The only exception is Margrave Stradama where we would simply 4 man the boss where the 5th troll tags the boss at start and then leaves the room and waits until the boss is low to then pick up the debuff.

As long as the debuff is picked up and you succesfully tagged the boss at start then you get the achievement making it doable as a troll until they fix it!

We were able to finish Margrave Stradama ( Margrave Stradama ) with 5 men plaguefallen. We did it with 4 dps and 1 tank.

We also used Swapblaster to help our priest to get into boss room faster.

We just managed to do the achievement with 2 trolls in our group, for the last boss, we went with 1 tank 4 DPS, we figured out that if you have a warlock in your group, you can pre-summon the whole team in front of the boss and then go get your debuff, after stacking and getting our Plaguefallen debuff, we all accepted the summon putting us all in front of the boss and at this point, we did everything we could to kill the boss as fast as possible. We managed to kill it in 1min 32s, meaning the 2 trolls had about 4 seconds of debuff left

Do not leave the instance! Do not log out! Either of these removes the buff and you can't complete the achievement. So yes if you get disconnected randomly by blizzard, you can't complete the achievement.

Our group had to run the instance 3 times to complete this for everyone, once with a dps/heal, once with tank/ offspec heal, and once with a troll. Everything was a joke except the last boss. Our best strategy was to have the achievement people tag the boss then run far away, and we 3manned the final boss every time. It took forever, but we finally got our mounts.

- Personal achievement, no need to all do at the same time
- Jump in the water will get you the Concentrated Plague debuff. At 10 stacks it will turn into the Plaguefallen debuff.
- You can eat while getting the 10 stacks
- You can not refresh the debuff timer until it has dropped off
- You need to have this ebuff when the boss dies
- You can die at any point during the dungeon or boss fight, but you need to re-get the debuff before the boss dies for the achievement
- The last boss is the hardest part of this achievement, as you can not use the slime that is in the boss room, you need to get the debuff from the drop point, then burn the boss as quickly as possible.
- We did this with no lust, and the usual comp of 1 tank 1 healer 3 dps, with one week of Mythic Zero gear, but it was very tight.

This was the hardest achievement so far, we only have 4 left to go. All because of the last boss. A few tricks we picked up along the way:

There is a lot of down time in the intermissions, you have to kill the adds quickly, because the boss doesn't seem to respawn until they are all dead.
Getting a bad tentacle spawn with the permanent 45% slow is the worst thing about this achievement, we used spirit link + personals on the first bad spawn and just tanked it, and anti magic zone on the 2nd bad spawn
Whatever you do, do not step in the goop in this room. It will murder you almost instantly
We used all the movement speed tricks we had to reach the boss faster (monk pre-placed transcendance, wild charge and shadowstep to the monk, DK used door of shadows, we used stampeding roar, etc.
Killing the adds quickly during the intermission was our biggest issue. They spawn so far apart and sometimes you have to dodge the tentacles so much you can't even cast. Ultimately we elected to tank bad tentacle spawns and focus on dpsing the adds. We had our monk touch of death one of them, instantly killing it from full (tank monk), we had our rogue shadowstep to one of the far add and solo it, cloaking/cheat death the tentacles, and our dk gripped another one of the adds for cleave. On the kill attempt, I (boomkin) kept Celestial Alignment and Convoke the Spirits for the 2nd set of adds, and they died very quickly, while the other dps used their cds on pull. We ended up beating the timer by 1 second. Comp was brewmaster, unholy, subtlety, boomkin and resto shaman

Also, for the third boss, we struggled a bit with finding a good timing to get our stacks, but after a few pulls we realized that this was completely unnecessary. We just all got our 10 stacks before the fight and killed it within a minute. In hindsight we might have been able to do that for other bosses.

If you're looking for help on the last boss, this is it:
We did it with four dps and one tank. Frost mage, DH, Elemental, Balance and Guardian druid.

How we did the last boss;

Make sure one of your team members are Necrolord covernant
When you drop down into the pool there're three slimes (Rotmarrow Slime), those you take into the corridor and kill them there. DO NOT LOOT THEM!
Now, get your 10 stacks of Concentrated Plague in the water and when you get the Plaguefallen debuff, let your Necrolord fleshcraft the slimes to get some great buffs!
These buffs help significantly! Rapid Infection, Congealed Contagion and Corrosive Gunk.
The other four, go and start dps'ing the boss with and let the fifth guy get to the boss before the doors close.
Phase 1: We used personal CD's and focused boss only.
Intermission; we burst down the three adds and cleaved the slime guy to be able to spawn the boss quicker.
Phase 2: We used hero and focused boss only
Intermission: Same as before
Phase 3: Pots and focused boss
We killed the boss with almost 20 seconds left on the debuff.

We got this for the last boss by having a warlock put down a summon stone near the boss, then we all summoned each other and went to get the debuff. Once we were all transformed we all accepted the summon and nuked down the boss. It cut pretty close so have a lust in the group even though she goes underwater for like half the fight.

Simple summary with photos.
Easy if attempting solo, FAR harder to do with 5 players all attempting in the same run.

At each boss, you stand in green waters to gain 10 stacks of a DOT, which at 10 stacks the DOT goes away and you turn into a Slimeform, lasts 2 minutes, 45% reduced movement and 10% reduced haste. Must kill each boss in a single run while this is active on you, although you can die and be resurrected in between. Immunity removes Slimeform.

SOLO:
If you're doing this solo, it's FAR easier - just get your 10 stacks at a point when you're within 2 minutes of killing each boss. Straightforward for first 3 bosses. For the final boss, you get the Slimeform near where you fall down, waddle down long corridor to final boss room and help your group finish it. Harder to dodge tentacle slams while slowed.

GROUP (all 5 trying to complete in one run): In hindsight, I would do 2 runs to get 2 party members the achievement in one go, and the other 3 party members in the second run. This would make the other achievements easier, too.
VERY TOUGH ONE if doing as an achievement group due to severe DPS constraint on final boss. The first 3 bosses are fairly easy.
1st boss, see my comment on Full Gores Meal
2nd boss, see my comment on Going Viral
3rd boss no other achievement, just bring boss low, have 2 get Slimeform, then the other 3 get Slimeform, so all (ideally using mobility/blink/freedom) can keep revealing hidden adds.

4th boss - this is the challenge.
Recommend warlock. Recommend 4 DPS. Or recommend doing only 2 people at a time.
Slime you need to build stacks is FAR from boss. Those not completing achievement, stay near boss, else those that are - run to stand in green water near where you fell in, gain 10 DOT stacks, turn into Slimeform, run back to boss.
Slime in boss room is NOT what you want, and it HURTS.

We had 4 people get the Slimeform. We used 1 tank, 3 dps, 1 healer (disc). We were 180-184 ilvl geared and killed with 3s left on Slimeform timer. AND we used a warlock portal to summon ourselves closer to the boss.

Immunity removes Slimeform.

(I believe you don't get locked out of her room, so your party can begin the fight before you're building stacks/waddling down the corridor although I or someone needs to confirm this. Would make it much easier)

Globgrog - We found it helpful to line of sight Slime Wave while getting Plaguefallen, as it has infinite range and can be hard to dodge. You can stack your group on square, with tank on diamond: https://imgur.com/vXfUEBs .

We did this with x3 hunters, paladin tank and me as the holy/disc priest. Only, my buff didn't last long enough.. because the stupid game for some reason unknown to me, reduced the duration of the buff. I'd love to know why? I'm Void Elf.. Was another Void Elf in the group and he got it. Emeni is my soul bind

EDIT - Important - DONT use the Gladiators Relentless Brooch. It reduces your 120 second debuff to 90 seconds. Did a test outside in the slime.

You need 4 stacks of Plaguefallen Victim for this achievement.

If you get DC'd and lose the buff you'll have to redo the dungeon for this achievement.

Can confirm that troll racial "Da Voodoo Shuffle" no longer impacts the duration of the transformation. You get the full 2 min.

Haven't seen any DF pre-patch comments. Did this with 1 tank (Bear), 1 Healer (Ven HPal), and 3 DPS (FMage, Assa Rogue, and MM Hunter). For the final boss, our overall DPS was: 6.4K (MM), 5.4K (Bear), 5.1k (Assa), 3.3K (FMage), and 2.3K (HPal). We had 5 seconds to spare. I used Ashen Hallow the first phase, 2nd phase was kind of slow, and we lusted the final phase. We didn't do anything special beforehand, water->boss besides a bear roar.

Easy Solo Achievement for Level 70 Dragonflight & Beyond...

1) Mythic Difficulty.

2) Before each boss, hop in the green slime, let it stack to 10 so you turn into a Plaguefallen.

2b) Due to your absurdly slow movement, Plaguefallen will likely wear off by the time you get to the next boss, so once again hop in a green slime before attacking the next boss.

3) Kill boss asap.

4) For the fourth and final boss, hop into the green slime after you jump down, then rush boss asap.

5) Kill final boss while Plaguefallen. Due to the mechanics of this boss with him going underground, you will likely only have mere seconds left while Plaguefallen.

6) ?

7) Profit. Achievement Completed.
