The statues on the login screen have the spell icon on them.

Edit: Just noticed, it is the simbol of the Shado-Pan, I will leave this comment here just so people can laugh at me.

strangely enough, this buff will come off the pc, if the monk moves out of range, probably just a bug, but it's annoying

I don't even know why Blizzard made this buff. It's obvious they're comfortable with melding 2 types of buffs into one, such as Dark Intent, making Power Word: Fortitude look weak in comparison, which is why I'm not sure why they couldn't just combine this with Legacy of the Emperor. Maybe it was originally supposed to be Legacy of the White Emperor...?
