This vessel is already filled. All you have to do is bring it to Arch Druid Fandral Staghelm in the Cenarion Enclave in Darnassus (34,8).

Even though Moonrage now meets you at a closer location to hand in this quest. You can still go to his original spot in Dolanaar to hand the quest in.

He has not spawned but the yellow ? is at a spot just outside of Darnassus. I tried to zone change into Darnassus but it did not cause him to pop ... frustrating but luckily this can be turned in at his Dolanaar location.

I submited a ticket to blizz, asking them to delete the location of Corithras Moonrage from the instructions.

It is a lvl 13 quest after all, and I'd hate for someone that just started playing to hover at the crossroads forever looking for the guy. However if they just left the instructions as, "Bring the Filled Vessel to Corithras Moonrage", it might actually teach new players to use google to find NPC's to finish quest in the first place.

Corithas is at 41,45. You're going to have to run from Dolanaar and follow the road leading to Darnassus. He'll be right by the crossroads sign post.

Our tasks are done here for now. This water proved to be of great importance, but it wasn't originally meant for me. Go ahead and bring it back to Corithras at the crossroads, I'm sure he'd like you to deliver it to its original destination.
