To complete this world quest you have to kill the four elite ritualists that are channeling into the image of Helya. They will keep channeling as you attack them, but non-elite adds (green blobs) will spawn as well as large ghostly tentacles that after a few seconds crash down and stun you briefly if you're standing in the wrong spot. You don't need to attack Helya's image at all, once the four ritualists are dead she'll shout a bit and disappear, and that's it.

Not a difficult world quest at all, but it takes a bit of time to get the four ritualists down.

This quest seem bugged on several parts.
On EU Frostmane, the area is empty, as in there are no signs of the Ritualists. I've checked it 2 times today without success.
I then tried using a "realm hop" addon and I ended up on a server with the Ritualists active, but after killing all of them, the quest still wouldn't trigger as completed.

EDIT; this belongs in the official forums and not on Wowhead. Just letting others know that there are some issues with this.

From a GM, incase anyone was wondering:

As far as we're aware, this is working as intended. From what I can see Helya-related World Quests are designed to drop Soul Fragments, but only while the WQ is available (in other words, they shouldn't be dropping if you kill the same mobs while the WQ isn't available).

Just in case you can't find the ritualists and only find Helya make sure to look in the middle of the lake where she is we found that one of them was hiding in there, once killed the quest reset and the 4 of them respawned.

I found a ritualist a bit south from Helya where the "raptors" are. Outside the WQ quest are. Killed it and Helya reset. Look for it with "/tar rit".

Trying to submit this again... I found a ritualist just south of the WQ area where the "raptors" have started appearing. Killed it and Helya reset after a kill of her. Try "/tar rit" to find them.

Very weird - I was running to another world quest and stumbled upon this one! It *was not* marked on my map. While I was killing ritualists, another person came, I asked him if he saw WQ on map and he said no. I don't know if this was realm bug (Alonsus-EU) or more serious.. o_O

Does anyone know what you have to do to get access to this WQ? I have three toons at 110 and all have completed all quests in Highmountain. Two have this WQ available but the third doesn't. Is it reputation? Do you have to have completed some other quest, dungeon or raid? Could it be random? Or what?

Whew, this quest is helya bugged. It used to be just fine—for those of you who haven't done it before, all you generally need to do is kill the ritualists that are channeling around the perimeter of the inlet in which Helya's spirit-thing is. You don't have to down Helya, at least not in my experience.
Today a whole bunch of us killed her (it takes forever, good grief), and she just respawned about 30 seconds later, no ritualists to be seen ANYWHERE. I ran all about the area looking for the mobs using a targeting macro, and there was nothing to be found. Finally had to go find another WQ to get my Highmountain credit. :(

If ritualists are not spawning on your realm then use server hop addon to switch to another realm. Waiting for it will do nothing, you will just waste time.

Pretty time-consuming to solo, not because of the elites who ignore you, but because of each elite's "back-up team" of about five green blobs and a giant green serpent who stuns you. The back-ups are non-elite 110s and not tough but it does take some time to kill them, heal yourself, then go back to the elite, then kill the next wave of back-ups, then heal yourself, then go back to the elite, etc. etc. Repeat this for each of the five elites and it won't take longer than about 24 hours. It doesn't matter where you're standing; the back-ups will find you. Warlocks and others with DoTs should be able to get it done in less than half an hour. The back-ups don't drop anything, so you're really getting less than the minimum hourly wage on this quest. Also, the sea serpent can see through stealth as well, not that you'll be able to go in and out of it, but that eliminates Vanish for rogues.

I was killing a ritualist, then beating a retreat to heal and let spells cool down. Bad strategy. You have to stay close to Helya or else the quest will reset and ritualists will respawn.

If you're feeling cheeky at 120 and kill her before killing the ritualists you will not get credit for the quest. She has to do her "Odyn will never be free!" RP for you to get credit.

Hi All, here is todays update, 20-11-2020. Things must have degraded since the last comment I read. The Ritualists now respawn faster than that you can kill the ring around Helya, so the quest never ends. Bandages (hey I'm a hunter) do not seem to deliver the healing they used to, but that may be the stat squish. If you do the trick of running to the quest minimap yellow border to eat, all the ritualists respawn before you can return. The globbies hit harder, the stun from the giant worm now stops you hitting the globbies. Lets just say I died messily several times before I gave up and used the flight whistle. Kill Blizz, not bots. M
