This quest does not retroactively count any World Quests you completed before accepting the quest.

As of 5/2/17 it looks like this quest has been changed to now only require 10 World Quests down from the 20 originally

The next quest in this series (The World is Not Enough) requires you to complete a rare elite quest, so be sure to not clear all of those while doing this one or you will probably have to wait one or two more days in order to complete the next one.

This quest can be completed with BfA quests. Checked on 26/09/2018

As of DF currently I got on this portion of the quest line in my early 50s and Legion world quests did not count however in my 60s doing current DF world quests it does count.

Description

In a very real sense, the Uncrowned are gardeners. We snip and trim here and there. One clipping of a single branch may seem nonsensical until you step back and look at the garden as a whole. On the greater theater of the Broken Isles, we must act decisively. The forces that arrayed against Azeroth are moving quickly. We need to prune some very ugly flowers to make our garden beautiful again, wouldn't you agree, <name>?
