If you have the problem of not being able to move upon landing after the cinematic, log out then back in again.

Archmage Khadgar can be found at 26.70,10.25Yrel can be found at 27.60,10.20On speaking to Yrel, you'll be whisked to Zeth'Kur in the Tannan Jungle.

Yrel didn't spawn for me the first time. Dropping the questing and picking it back up fixed it for me. I also left the cross realm party I was in which may also have contributed to the issue.

1. Let's Get To Work - (Video)
• After the cut-scene, travel down the stairs, in front of you, and accept Let's Get To Work from Merreck Vonder at coords 28.2, 10.7.
• Travel down the stairs on the right and turn in the quest to Solog Roark at coords 29.7, 10.7, accepting Shipbuilding.

2. Shipbuilding - (Video)
• Click the Ship Blueprint: Transport, in your bags, and turn this quest in to Solog Roark, accepting Strange Tools.

3. Strange Tools - (Video)
• Turn this quest in to Yanas Seastrike, standing next to Solog Roark, and accept Ship Shape.

4. Ship Shape - (Video)
• Click on Yanas Seastrike and select "Start construction on our first transport."
• This process will take 60 seconds.
• Click on the Transport Ship in front of you.
• After the cut-scene, turn the quest in to Yanas Seastrike, and accept The Invasion of Tanaan.

5. The Invasion of Tanaan - (Video)
• Travel west to coords 27.6, 10.2 and click on Exarch Yrel, and select "Let us begin the invasion."
• After the cut-scene, you will be transported to Tanaan Jungle.
• Turn the quest in to Exarch Yrel, in front of you, and accept Obstacle Course.

6. Obstacle Course - (Video)
• Travel to the end of the docks, and onto the paved path to coords 71.4, 63.4, and then turn left .
• Enter the building at coords 69.3, 64.3.
• Click on the Letter from Kilrogg inside, on the floor, and exit the building.
• Travel back to the paved path at 71.4, 63.4 and then follow it to the north to 71.5, 58.2.
• Turn right and enter the building at coords 73.6, 56.6.
• Click on the Magril's Journal, which looks like a book on one of the beds.
• Exit the building and travel west back to the paved path, and then northwest to coords 69.5, 53.0.
• Turn this quest in to Exarch Naielle, and accept In, Through, and Beyond!

7. In, Through, and Beyond! - (Video)
• Travel west, through the "gates," and continue to coords 63.6, 52.8.
• Turn right, follow the dirt path, and click on the Ammunition Pile, located at coords 64.4, 51.5.
• Travel southwest to coords 62.4, 54.2, and turn the quest in to Exarch Naielle, accepting The Assault Base.

8. The Assault Base - (Video)
• Follow the paved path west to coords 58.1, 53.1.
• Turn left and follow the dirt path, up hill, to coords 57.5, 59.2.
• Click on the Alliance Banner.

I had gotten zoned for this but had to drop out immediately, thinking that dropping the quest would allow me to just grab it again at my Shipyard, but no more quest to be had. Fortunately (by accident), I found that Exarch Maladaar on the left side of the docks just down the stairs, near Yrel and Khadgar, gives the option to be ported back to Tanaan jungle to meet Yrel there to start the quest there again. Just in case anyone else was in the same boat.

"Transfer aborted: instance not found" :/
Reloging, aborting and re-starting the quest, changing leader, leaving party, phasing out and in ... nothing helps. Anyone knows what else could it be? Some quest maybe?

The Invasion of Tanaan

Meet with Khadgar at your shipyard and then speak to Yrel to begin the invasion.

Description

It is done! By your command we have built our first ship and can run our naval operations from here.

Now that we have our transport, we can let Yrel and Archmage Khadgar know that we are ready to kick off an invasion of Tanaan. Speak with them at the docks to embark.
