This treasure lies in the tower of the big building in northwest Hallvalor (85,4; 53,4). You need to jump to the tower from the nearby cliff to west.

Take the path that starts at (63.23,52,64) and walk up. When you reach the highest point (84.97,53.82) you can jump north-east to land in the tower. Piece of cake :)

The path does NOT start inside the village, but the cords are correct, 83, 52. It begins at the SE corner of the little plateau (see your map) to the NW of the village. It's very clear and not tricky. Follow the grass up and over the land bridge, at the top is a flag marking a grave with a sword, "Blademaster Sword". If you take it you fight the Blademaster's spirit, not tough. Then to the left you can see the cache on top of the tower, it was an easy jump on my Frostwolf War Wolf.

The notes here seemed a bit fussy to me, I thought I would try to explain it easier.

#1 Go to /way 83.55 56.33

Note that there are a few aggro type clefthoofs that roam in this area so be prepared you may have to kill them.

#2 From there go to /way 83.05 52.43
#3 Jump up that little hillside and then go to /way 83.4 51.11
#4 From here go to /way 84.53 53.21

If you have not been here before you most likely have not gotten the Blademaster Sword you can pick that up but be warned a rare boss spawns about 290k hp, fairly easy at lvl100 with epics. He drops some decent stuff. Kill him, get his drops and then turn to your left.

#5 You should be able to see the Burning Blade Cache treasure on top of the building. Now make your best educated jump while mounted and get the treasure.
