You turn in the quest in the underwater cave where you picked it up, not in Klaxxi'vess

If you delete spare blood in your bags to bring it down to 100 and conserve bag space it will remove the quest from your quest log.

Seems this quest item is "bugged" in a way.

Volatile Blood does not stack to 100 in your inventory unless you find a perfect 100 - it will store extra stacks of like 5 volatile blood in your bag. I dropped those extra 5 to save bag space and clicked "Yes" as a reflex, since a lot of items have a confirmation to drop - unbeknownst to me that doing so would drop the stack of 100 as well.

I had to go pick the quest back up and kill them all over again since it deletes the quest from your log when you drop them.

Description

A warrior is not ready for battle until he tastes the blood of his enemies.

I am still too weak to hunt, so you must go in my stead.

Only the blood from the fiercest predators will do. I can smell their presence in the waters outside this cave!

Bring this to me, and then perhaps you shall see why they call me the Bloodseeker.
