This questgiver is pacing back and forth near Margoz in Durotar. It is usually picked up as a side quest when you turn in the quest Margoz. The quest is turned in at Spiketooth located a short distance southwest. Spiketooth will offer you three quests, each one to challenge and defeat a nearby NPC.
