Heads up - this guy will "help" you by attacking the neutral elite dinosaurs in Terror Run.

Killing any Dinosaur aka "Dragon" in the general quest area will count towards this quest.

Little tip.

Before you leave camp turn around and go up the hill. There you will find Spark Nilminer. He will give you the quest "Roll the Bones".

That way you can do two quests at the same time.

Confirmed as of Jan. 13, 2011, that he will no longer attack neutral elite dinosaurs, and that Frenzied Pterodactyls count towards the quest.

However, he is still a useless human paladin, and that issue seems to be a mistake made on purpose for our enjoyement. My back hurts from carrying this guy..

It seems this jackass will attack the elites any time you are near them and in combat with anything else. I recommend pulling mobs outside a decent range from the big guys.

I find it interesting that, despite Blessing of Kings's change in Cataclysm, the buff he gives you works as the old model.

Also, if you like trying out things in to a larger extent than you should, just like me, and tell him that you want to adventure alone, you will need to go all the way to his 'camp' and talk to him again in order to make him join your party.

This quest would be even more hilarious, if you're a high level on a dragon mount, the guy aggros you and treats you like an enemy.

Maximillian: DRAGON! *starts attacking your mount*
You: Wtf, dude?

Also, complete the "Roll the Bones" quest before you do this, or stay away from the elites.

So, basically Maximillion is kind of the Don Quixote of this game...I mean he thinks that dinosaurs are dragons, he's clearly delusional about helping women & is really confused about the difference between women & blood elf males (ok haha, it is kinda hard to tell). I mean, think about it, you're the "squire" kind of like Sancho in "quixote", just an observation. Though, Quixote wasn't suppose to be a moron exactly Max is fairly big moron at times haha, oh well, funny quests.

Help Maximillian of Northshire slay 15 "Dragons".

Description

This crater is filled with a malignant breed of dragon. Have you seen them? They wander all about, parading their spiky backs and lizardy faces all around the Crater.

Don't let them fool you, squire, for these dragons are no minions of graceful Alexstrasza. They are clearly vicious, and direly in need of a hero's blade.

I have decided that I will slay no less than 15 of them. As my squire, you must come along. Should we become separated, you may meet me back here at the Hot Springs.
