This character's just across the river from Nessingwary's Retreat in Highmountain, near where the moose are. She offers to turn you into a cat so you can attack the hunters in the area. She does not offer a quest though, so it seems to be just for fun.

I actually almost felt bad about this, as she is specifically asking for your help in stopping the poachers, but you can take her cat buff and quickly knock out the kills that you need for your Nesingwary quests. You can also use this for some of the nearby elite quests, killing them in seconds.

If you speak to her, she can turn you into a Mountain Prowler.

As of this post, the transformation is incredibly powerful, and allows you to finish any quests in the area easily. It only works in the Pinerock Basin subzone, so if you leave the area, the effect will drop.

At this point, a really good tactic to obtain Stonehide Leather. Transform into the prowler form. Kill a couple of Pinerock Elderhorn or other beasts in the area for that matter, get out of the prowler form and skin the bodies. Rinse and repeat.

Found this hilarious. Grabbed the cat buff thing, then patrolled around the area and killed any Horde with one strike, including a 110 tank with like 1.5m health. They really need to patch this lmfao

Actually you can kill NPC hunters and beasts (sorry Dehta) and most important... players! You can one-shot every player for a 2m hit... it's fun to be the cat, but for sure is annoying to be the prey...

Also as mentioned above you can do ALMOST all the Nesingwary quests include the "final mobs" of each one if you get to them fast before the transformation goes out.

Disclamer: The Addie won't be gaining EXP while you're in cat form... but doesn't matters... just kill every player on your sight :P

Is there a prereq for this? She asks me if I am ready to transform however, there is no option to say yes. Just a goodbye.

Updated - Can no longer attack players while shapeshifted.

Updated - Appears you can also no longer attack beasts / npcs other than the Pinerock Hunter's while you are shapeshifted.

Enforcer Narissa is an NPC located in Pinerock Basin in Highmountain at coordinates 40.9, 48.5.
She starts the level 110 World Quest Primal Payback/Primal Payback (Appears there may be multiple place holder quests in the WowDB) This world quest awards Blood of Sargeras as a reward.
You can also become shapeshifted while doing the Nessy Quests while questing in the zone.

When you talk to the NPC Enforcer Narissa while on the Nessy quests, she will give you option to select that chat box that says I am ready.

If you select this, then she will transform you into a Transform: Mountain Prowler or Transform: Bristlefur Bear

You will have 4 abilities as a Transform: Mountain Prowler or Transform: Bristlefur Bear,
1. Pounce / Roar
2. Bite / Maul
3. Predatory Roar / Swipe
4. Lick Wounds / Hibernate

Something I found out today (Launch Day, 8/30/16) was that you deal a MASSIVE amount of damage. You can effectively one shot any npc in the Pinerock Basin, depsite your level.

~~What I also found out, what that you can one shot any opposing faction member in the same way.~~ Appears that was fixed.

Somethings to note: I didn't see a timer, or a cooldown on being transformed. I had the option to transform while I was already a cat/bear.
The only thing I noticed is that you must stay inside the Pinerock basin. Straying into camp or nearby caves will cancel the effect.

What I found hilarious was that after I completed the quest went close to her and dismissed the form, after that she said:

Enforcer Narissa says: Hit a man with a fish, and he will stop fishing for a day. Hit a man AS a fish, and he will stop fishing for the rest of his life!

I double-checked what she said and was like: I already heard that kind of thing but not like that haha.

My old guild leader was a nelf druid named Narissa. Very interesting! Seriously the best guild I've been a part of.

Hemet and his hunters bring death and destruction wherever they go, slaughtering innocent animals for sport. They must pay for their crimes against nature.

Let's level the playing field a bit and let those hunters be hunted for a change.

Of course, she automatically assumes that all the hunters in the area are affiliated with Hemet, and killing them hurts his hunting.

What she's actually doing is getting rid of the wannabe "hunters" that are scaring away the prime game that Hemet considers a real challenge. (Amateur Hour)

as of 2023 unless im missing something she no longer transforms you when your on the quests
