its just WoW TCG on a PC... which is AWESOME
they said on the FAQ that they wont open the beta to EU yet...i hope it want take long. and i hope they will invite me:)
This is looking good. Hope I can try to play it when it comes.
I really wanted to be at PAX when I heard that they were making a big announcement. When I heard that it was "just another card game", I was relieved that I didn't spend the money and time. Then, I saw the trailer and other video on the page. I signed up for the beta immediately. I'm really excited about this game and hope I get a beta invite.
It will be relly great...wow tcg on computer now...more acessible...perfect!
Pretty curious if it'll go on Android as well. Plus, Facebook integration would be pretty cool
I wonder when we get to see a Rule set? I'd like to see how to pay to put cards in play, and learn all about the various keywords.Cheers.
You know who else tried this?Wizards of the Coast for Magic:The Gathering. You know who else tried playing a CCG that you could purchase "packs" for on-line?I did.You know who wasted time and money on said game?I did.It sounds good on paper, but you can't copy the real PvP satisfaction you get when you stare intoyour opponents eyes as you play that one and only card that could help you win.Back when i used to go to M:TG tournaments i actually made a grown man cry by coming back from amatch where i was just getting pinged to death by Lanowar Elves.Let me know how this works out.
I am deeply invested in MTG (Still have my beta P9). However, I played MTGO for quite awhile and found it infinitely nicer. There is nothing better than having your entire collection organized electronically and finding someone to play with ANY TIME you are ready to play.GL Blizz
As both an avid WoW and MTG fan, I can only applaud this.
You can polish a PoS and it will still be a PoS.You can put lipstick on a pig and it still will be a pig.If they want to take the personal interaction of CCGs with On-Line CCGs that's their choice.I've played On-Line CCGs and its like playing Monopoly on line.It just isnt the same. They may as well sell virtual clothing also:"Aww man! I got this cool shirt!""Lets see.""It's only usable on-line."....
I hope this will be always free-to-play, forever.
