In celebration of Black Friday, goblin merchants are infiltrating select retail locations to unleash epic savings on World of Warcraft and its expansions. For a limited time, you can find the World of Warcraft: Battle Chest for $5, Cataclysm for $10, and Mists of Pandaria for $20—but only at the following retail chains:
For now, these World of Warcraft Black Friday deals are available exclusively at retail, but if you’re looking for even more epic savings online, be sure to hit up the Blizzard Store where you can save $20 each on Diablo III and StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty from now until November 26 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
You can now check out the latest entry of Li Li’s Travel Journal, an ongoing World of Warcraft short fiction series, in the Destination: Pandaria section of the World of Warcraft website.
After her adventures in the Valley of the Four Winds, Li Li decides to strike out on her own and explore the Krasarang Wilds. When her attempts to track down the point of origin of Shen-zin Su’s journey are thwarted by the Wilds’ many critters and hard to traverse foliage, Li Li makes new and unexpected friends . . . friends who, it turns out, have a lot to tell her about these strange lands.
Head over to Destination: Pandaria now and read chapter 7 of Li Li’s Travel journal! Also, because we know you've been asking for them, here are three new Li Li's Travel Journal wallpapers!
Are the commendations not the other way around? Surely the one usable by gnomes would be found on the Horde rares?
The open world PvP epics seem a little bit useless, since the normal honor variants are better...
Clarified the loot table to show that the item classification refers to the faction of the players, not the faction of the rare spawn.
Are you sure that the trinkets are right? The text would seem to imply that they were taken from your own faction, which makes no sense.
It is a bit confusing, but essentially the opposing faction "stole" a book/trinket, and when you kill the rival NPC, you recover your faction's item. I killed a few on the PTR yesterday and other users have posted similar comments confirming these loot tables.
Cat for $10, eh?I bet it'll drop down to $5 when Christmas comes around.
Thank you so much. I was utterly confused about why the trinkets seem to be taken from your own side. Understood now!
wait a minute...............MuertaA FORSAKEN PALADIN? what.the.F---(BTW "Muerta" means dead in spanish, or at least a dead female, as a dead male would be Muerto)Edit: Nevermind, she's a priest. :PThat still does not explains how she can be a champion of the light. Lorewise forsaken priests don't use the light, as it hurts them like crap when they touch it.
The screenshot on Muerta's page looks like a priest, and Forsaken have had that option since the beginning.
I just grabbed me and my wife MoP from Amazon and it was only $14.99 instead of the $20 Blizzard is advertising. Not that I'm complaining about it. $30 for two is a lot less than $80.
Rankkorr said nothing about them not being priests, lore was the term used which means in the "lore" undead priests differ from typical priests. Also I would like to point out that just because they are hurt by the light does not mean that they can't champion the light. there is an entire questline for the undead that follow the abhorrent resolve of an undead female that she is an abomination. not all undead accept their situation so it stands to reason that one could be fighting for a group that champions the light to atone for what they have become. still doesn't make that light hurt any less XD
Brawler invites are nice to see
means death in general, "muerta negro" means Black Death. it wouldnt be "muerto negro"

Please add more noobs to gank, i cant keel noone farming my herbs away from meh!
Nice to see this about the Brawler invites since it was mentioned about them being dropped by NPCs.
