The best solution for dynamic quest loot is letting players set their preferred loot just like stopping exp gainsNew system benefits newer players trying to gear and old systems helps enchanters and people who want gold instead of greens
Is the annual pass still avalible?
what dose the windrider cub fall under it seems to be missing along with the gryphon
Woohoo! I finally got mine!
Dynamic quest rewards look interesting, but I feel like it's kind of unnecessary. Why not just show all the rewards for everyone? Hopefully by the time someone gets to level 85+, they know what weapons and what short of gear (cloth, plate, etc) their class can equip, so they'll be able to pick the reward that would be best for them. If the quest happens to not offer anything they can use, they can pick something to vendor or disenchant. Also, I'm assuming it's actually going to go by class rather than spec... right? I don't really want to have to switch my paladin into holy spec every time I turn in a quest so I can gear my main spec. Same goes for my other healers who are MS resto but quest as feral and enhance.
I will point out (likely others have done this, but cba to read through all comments of all pet-battle-related articles) the following;Close to Pokemon battles, indeed. In addition- I would not want it to be differently, since I love game mechanics similar to these games.I'm so going to enjoy this <3 I love you Blizz!
it's funny that lot of my friends say they got there beta mist invite and not i. and i sigh up for the annual pass and been play since 10/06 way longer than some of them. so something funny going on here or is it just me
I do not like this dynamic loot idea. -Less gold from selling items-Less chance to get DE mats -Unable to get offspec items-Unable to choose transmog items-Personal choice what kind of weapon you want may not match the pre-picked... like a preist/druid wanting the int mace instead of a staff. Look at The Genera;'s Edge quest as an example - Select preist, only the Int staff is highlighted as a choice. Say you choose inscription as your profession, well there is that nifty new off hand your going to be able to make, so the 1h int /hast/ spirit mace would be a lot more usefull than a staff that would just be de mats or vendor trash... Or as an enh shammy your only allwoed to pick the Agi / haste mace, which most enh shaman i know (unless they are really redoing hte class) stay way from haste... so the cirt mastery dagger wound be a better choice... again leaving us with vendor trash if we are not allowed to pick off spec gear...which was what they were trying to eliminate... thinking this dynamic crap is going to be more of a pain in the ass than it's trying to solve for.
