The security measures shouldn't really be new to anyone who's used the internet for a while, but my God, I am GLAD the other cities are getting the vendors and trainers orgrimmar has. My aging PC can't handle the city anymore :P
@Warrior nerfTL;DR "We knew we were breaking warriors when we nerfed them, but it's all okay because we plan to fix them sometime in the indefinite future."And that's the Blizzard that we've grown to love.
I wonder when they're gonna fix that dungeon bug. Every dungeon I've done since the patch I've watched someone get stuck with a spell image on them. Had a hunters pet who was stuck with a frost trap, a pally tank that looked perpetually stunned, a priest with that fear icon on the top of their head. Just terrible development.
Yes warriors have always been broken, and every change breaks us in a new way. There is no finesse to warriors, just brute force (hence the usual reliance on a pocket healer). As such, they're either OP because they can stay in range, or underpowered because they cannot. It's a broken model, and the solution is a quite simple, stop making them 100% reliant on brute force. Blizzard knows it's broken, but seems to be content with just adjusting numbers up and down as they see fit.Other than you vehemently denying that they're broken, you seem to agree with me. How you can see all these things wrong with warriors, both when they are OP and UP, and not say it's broken is a bit of a mystery to me.
cool, so bliz nerfs on ability of warriors, they blow up in qq, blues responddruid get a nerf to a core mechanic they had since day 1, we blow up in qq, and get nothingfigured id throw that in there since the whole mobility and feeling broken in pvp now is pretty much the same dealgotta love being the red-headed step child
Expecting them to add the cooking and fishing dailies to the other cities really is expecting a bit too much. They aren't as easily swappable as the vendor NPCs. Still, making the other capitol cities important and useful, rather than a very large waste of space, would be fantastic. Portals to the Cata zones, like in Org, could go a long way.
Warriors will no longer be able to do the "Im the Juggernaut" parody anymoreAt this point im sure Blizzard's admin toons are all mages or hunters. apparently thery cant stand that warriors had actually a small chance to defeat them in pvp, nop, its all about "kite the warrior" til he drops dead /gg
If they are not putting the Cata portals in other cities it's a waste of time. Everyone's too lazy to not have instant access to every zone that matters.
i cant wait for patch 4.1
Fairly frustrating post. They essentially acknowledge that Warriors remain broken but then say "wait young padawan - in time we will fix the pain". I don't know how many times in PUG BG lately I have played, admittedly pretty $%^&ty, my warrior only to be frozen, poisened, rooted, and burned down fast. If you don't have a dispeller actually giving a R*T A** about you as a warrior - good luck and enjoy staring into space during your rez.
