6 years of my life well-spent. :D
This will be my fourth year of playing, with a 3 month break during the end of BC while I waited for a new cable install out in the boonies.
WoW is getting old.
Should be my 5th anniversary ^^
No pet? Then why should we celebrate?
15 years of Warcraft being in my life...only 2 of which was spent in WoW
January 27, 2005.... Before Dire Maul, meeting stones (the first attempt at a LFG menu), dungeon player caps, and when Shadowcraft Boots had +21 Intellect instead of +21 Agility.Wow...that's kinda sad. Now, only if Vanish would work....
Strange though, that the window during which you can login for the FoS is set a whole week after the actual birthdate.
I missed last year's pet as I wasn't subbed (embarrassingly enough, I was playing Aion); too bad there isn't a pet this year, but I'm pretty sure I'll survive. :P
LOL, a feat of strength for literally just logging in? Man, I guess that's a surefire way to hold onto subscriptions..."Renew your sub and you get...a FREE feat of strength that shows...you logged in!"
It's not very engaging, I defended two nights this week to try to get some easy upgrades on alts this week, nice enough I guess but nothing that tops the mayhem of the zombie event for Wrath. I guess it varies from one realm to another, on Kul Tiras tonight barely a handful bothered to defend Org, and TB either didn't have enough 80s to fight back or nobody bothered, so we got 2 portals for 30ish minutes and not much else. Kinda lousy, many players aren't interested, 4.03a will hit and it'll be all the same again: a waiting game until Dec 7th.
June 30, 2005. over 5 years on the game, and I've never truly taken a break. I played minimally before BC, and Wrath, and have been on sporadically for the last couple months, but I never quit for any length of time. Oh, and there was an FoS for the 4th Anniversary. It was my first FoS, since achievements had only been introduced like the month prior
