4 pieces: Killing Spree deals 10% more damage every time it strikes a target. Abilities against a target with Vendetta on it increase your mastery by 38 for 5 sec, stacking up to 20 times. Every time you Backstab, you have a 4% chance to replace your Backstab with Ambush that can be used regardless of Stealth.

These set bonuses are incredibly powerful for subtlety. Provided they don't change, you're basically guaranteed 90%+ uptime on Find Weakness.

while the name of the set is barbed assassin, some how I think skinner of boilers or bc warriors would be more appropriate

The itemization on this set it ridiculously good, everything gives haste and mastery except 2, plus all red and yellow slots. While I haven't checked the other classes sets in too much detail, this is a huge step for rogues, since it will mean no more "reforging out of expertise and hit on every piece and still being over cap".
