Found in a cave at approximately 58, 54 on the Broken Shore proper. Look for a cave with a fel flame torch in front of it, under a rocky cliff. If there's rocks in the door, use death/ghost rezz trick to enter the cave. Cast your mouse around the back of the cave, the pile of dirt containing this will not light up unless moused over.

For those attempting to get this relic. You must first do the initial dialog with Drak'thul before going into the cave. I wasted 20 minutes searching the back of the cave before realizing I should have talked to him first. *facepalm*

This data is taken from Kosumoth the Hungering the order to click the orbs was compiled by blackfaded as were all the coordinates in this post. I did not redo his links, but I have added info, go back there for the links!

This item is part of the process used to summon Kosumoth the Hungering who drops Fathom Dweller and Hungering Claw.

Go to Drak'thul at 37, 71 on Broken Shore Map and talk to him till he simply tells you to go away. Then walk around the coast till you get to a path close to the cave at 57,52 on the broken shore. You're likely going to need to die like I did, so get naked and pull a few mobs. Run back in and through the rocks that block the cave before you rez. I've uploaded a screenshot of the dirt in the back that you need to click at the back of the cave. Go back to Drak'thul and talk to him again. After that click all the orbs in the right order!

3. 41, 80 Val'sharah
4. 32, 72 on Broken Shore Map
5. 59, 13 Cave Aszuna
6. 67, 14 on World Map, under the neutral shark is the cave entrance

10. 37, 71 on Broken Shore Map

Ok I am at the tree/cave spot of 37, 35 Cave Aszuna , there is a tree but from earlier post it said you basically fall into the cave I have run around this tree many times and nothing is happening...anyone got any other ideas.

If you're having trouble getting this like I am, do this:

Once you get to the cave covered by rocks, you need to kill yourself and run in as a spirit. Once you are in, look for these lootable mud piles: http://imgur.com/a/pKW7j

If you are a demon hunter you can use Spectral Sight spell to go through the rocks in the cave.

What happens when you destroy this item? Can you still click on the orbs? Do you have to get this item again/can you get it again after you destroy it?

Dear World,

Some people don't use coordinates. It's true! Some people don't even use addons! Those people may end up circling the Broken Shore for hours attempting to divine the location of an object only described in coordinates. Like, for all the map pins for Drak'thul and descriptions of the cave locations for the orbs, the location of the cave with the Weathered Relic, that was only ever mentioned as "57,52". Indeed, for all the screenshots of the relic's location within the cave, there wasn't even a shot of the outside!

Well, I'm one of those people, and I found it, and here is what I've learned: The cave is near the eastern shore of the big island: you can get to it from south of the strait between the big and little islands, or doing some running and jumping tricks through the demonic area from ingresses to the south. The cave is under a roof of stone, and a fel-green torch burns outside it. The entrance is rather small and is likely to be covered with rocks, as some have said. I'll be uploading shots of both the cave entrance and my location on the map.

just in case people arent sure where along the coast to go to get to the path to the cave, the path is at 61,57 following the coast from drakthul to the north east.

You don't need to kill yourself and res inside the cave to get past the rocks blocking the entrance to the cave.

Just relog and when you log back in, the rocks blocking the entrance are gone... just walk in.

You can safely sell the relic without losing the world quest when you have clicked all ten orbs.

Edit: The way i confirmed this was by clicking all ten orbs on an alt and sold the relic before the quest showed up. I still had the shadow damage reduction while in eye of azshara aswell as being able to complete the related world quest.

This is the future of WoW, GPS technology has come a long way since the early days of WoW, so I'm not sure how people are still posting only vague coordinates... Anyways, the exact location of the cave entrance on the Broken Shore is: /way 58.52, 54.11 and the weathered relic is exactly at /way 57.42, 55.96 inside the cave.

How to get the World Quest for Kosumoth that will reward World Quests in Eye of Ashara resulting in the Fathom Dweller Mount and Hungering Claw Battle Pet.

This is my guide on how to get the Fathom Dweller Mount. This is a step by step guide. TomTom is needed for this guide so head over to curse.com and pick up that addon. After completing this you will now get World Quest for DANGER: Kosumoth the Hungering, it will award 2 things one week it awards a pet or mount then the other in two weeks.

Go to Drak'thul at 37, 71 in the Broken Shore Map and talk to him. Now head to cave at 57,52 in the broken shore and look for the mud pile at the end of the cave to get, click on it and receive the Weathered Relic, it adds an item to your bags. Head back to Drak'thul at 37, 71 on Broken Shore Map again and talk to him several times until he wants to leave him alone or go away. Now its time to go around the world and click orbs in the right order.

Below is a the TOMTOM coordinates for each orb, each one is in my video with specifics.

Now you must log out or change zones for the World Quest to appear. This will summon the Boss aka Kosumoth the Hungering in open world Eye of Ashara and give you a World Quest to obtain the Fathom Dweller mount or the Hungering Claw pet! It changes either weekly or bi weekly.

For those without coordinates the cave is on the east side of the island. After talking to Drak'thul travel past him going East, you will pass where the initial Horde/Alliance invasion was. The path up will be noticeable. Here is a screenshot of the map

I ran into a mob of demons at the top and had to hop to my left to get to the cave, it has a flaming green post in front of it. I had to log out and log back in for the boulder to be gone as well. In the back of the cave on the farthest rib bone on the right will be the mound of dirt you can loot.

The item to loot is really small so if you're zoomed out you can miss it as it doesn't glow.

This relic is (or rather was) Soulfeast the Devourer (http://wow.gamepedia.com/Soulfeast_the_Devourer) from Warcraft 3.

This demonic artifact was used to animate the remains of the fallen Stormreaver, Blackrock and Twilight's Hammer clans, killed during a battle outside the Tomb of Sargeras in Warcraft 2, shortly after Gul'dan had raised the island from the sea floor. The ghosts hounded Drak'thul, the last survivor of the Stormreaver clan, day and night for 20 years, until Maeiv Shadowsong arrived, hunting Illidan Stormrage. Maiev recovered the skull and silenced the ghosts, and left the artifact with Drak'thul. He later buried it in the depths of a cave on the broken shore....

Shame really, that it didn't end up as an artifact weapon for Warlocks.

Cave entrance @58.54, 53.99 in Broken Shore.
Once you are in the cave, go to the far back. The Weathered Relic is @ 57.40, 55.95.

The second orb you need in Stormheim is actually north of Shield's Rest island. So 67,14 is correct, just not on Stormheim map. Back out one map the the Broken Isle map. Use those coords on that one instead.

Curious if any other Tauren has tried this chain. Specifically squeezing through the gap in the boards of the sunken ship at the world map location 49,90. As a Druid, I tried every form, I even tried Pygmy Oil and Noggenfogger to no avail. Seems ridiculous that as a Tauren we would be unable to complete this chain by physically not being able to gain access to this one orb.

I'm kind of surprised no one has mentioned this, but I picked this up today, 1/29/2017, and was amused by the fact that the devs forgot to give the little cave "subzone" where you find it a proper name. Perhaps an overlooked minor thing... the name of the area you are in goes from "Broken Shore" to "Default" . That's right - the name of the cave, according to the game, is literally just called "Default" . I don't know if this always was the case, or always will be the case, but as of today, that's a "bug" I noticed. I imagine there's a chance they'll hotfix or patch it out soon-ish though.

Confirmed still lootable in 7.2. Also, the cave's subzone is now called Feldust Cavern, so it finally has a proper name.

The exact coordinates of the Weathered Relic in the cave are 57.39 55.95. The entrance to the cave is at 58.56 53.96.

The pile of dirt you are looking for looks like sticks or fishbones next to one of the large bone "ribs" holding up the cave in the very back. If you can't see it, try aiming your camera down and looking for debris. I also relogged after flying back and forth to Drak'ul a few times.

Since the item is not soulbound, you can sell it as others mentioned, or do what I did and just mail it to each of your alts to get the world quest opened on multiple toons and have a higher chance of getting the mount and pet.

After I talked to Drak'Thul, I went to find the cave - the first thing that confused me, most guides still call it "Musty Cave" and talk about the entrance being blocked. It's now the Feldust Cavern, and it's wide open, no tricks needed to get inside. I went to the very back of the cave and...nothing for me to click. I kept thinking I was in the wrong cave, but then I saw someone's suggestion to log out and back in any time a clue doesn't show up as expected. It worked - as soon as I logged back in, I had the clickable mud pile at my feet.

No dialog option from Drak'thul.

So I paid a visit to Drak'thul. Spammed him at least several times getting "Go Away" as a reponse every time. Visited the cave, picked up the Relic, went back to Drak'thul with Relic in my pocket and still getting "Go Away" from him. I clicked him about a hundret times now, two days in a row. Still getting "Go Away". What am I missing? Anyone faced this issue or for any ideas? :(

Ps. could this be because I have previously completed Baa'l secret which also involved Drak'thul to some degree? ;_:

FELDUST CAVERN it's at the back, next to Unstable Netherdust portal (base of the bone strut which is on the right of the portal if you are facing the portal.) I had log out and back in to get the gold action cog thing to work.

This item can be sold on the AH. If you're lucky, someone like me who doesn't have a clue what it does will sell it for a pittance (in my case 1 Silver and some Copper) so you won't have to fork out 14000 G.
Luckily I already have the mount :D

If you cannot click the FIRST ORB, you might (like I had to) go back to Drak'thul at 37, 71 on Broken Shore Map and talk to him again! After you loot the relic and you talk to him fly away. Then come back and he will be standing up, talk to him 3 more times each time he will offer new dialogue. When he starts saying "go away" again, THEN you can go to the first cave and click the first orb.

Hope this helps someone, I waited like an idiot for 2 hours for first orb and it wasn't clickable till I went back and finished all the conversations with him.
