This recipe can be found inside an Ancient Guo-Lai Cache in the Ruins of Guo-Lai, along with the other 300 stat food recipes added in 5.4. The Fresh Pomfruit can be found around the Setting Sun Garrison hanging from trees, and the Ancient Pandaren Spices can be looted from the Ancient Guo-Lai Caches or from elite mobs within the Vale of Eternal Blossoms such as Bloodtip or General Temuja. Note that the materials will not drop from rare elites such as Moldo One-Eye or Sahn Tidehunter.

This food serves as an alternate means of crafting 300 stat food that doesn't require Ironpaw Tokens. In addition, the Well Fed buff it provides adds a minor cosmetic change to melee and ranged attacks, showing a small red cleave. I do not have a hunter, so I do not know what the unique animation for them looks like.

Since MoP was the last expansion to have foods that give primary stats, this is one of the most +Agility foods available in game.

Even in Shadowlands, your food options are going to be, for instance starting at level 50, +14 Stamina Pickled Meat Smoothie, or +18 Versatility Sweet Silvergill Sausages. I'd rather have +10 Agility.

Other foods with primary stats:

Spiced Blossom Soup +10 Intellect
Fluffy Silkfeather Omelet +10 Strength
Stuffed Lushrooms +15 Stamina (it's not a primary stat, but it's still better than Pickled Meat Smoothie you can eat at level 50!)
