Ok, thank you very much works like should do, only 1 more thing i have to ask and this is just cosmetic, is it possible to revers spells order, so i have without target healing spell but it alters in proper way after targeting ?

This should cast Soothing Mist when you have no target.
If it doesn't work, just split up:
#showtooltip
/use Soothing Mist; Jab; Soothing Mist
With Shift, cast SM on self, if enemy, cast Jab, otherwise cast SM on either target or self.

THANK YOU :D, both works but 2nd one is better, on first while targeting friendly npc i still had Jab but with 2nd one it shows healing spell on friendly npc

Right, good point, not every friendly NPC can or should be targetted by beneficial spells, so filtering via is better than via

and are exact opposites. If
harm
is true, then
help
is not and vica-versa. It doesn't matter which way you write the macro:
/use goodspell; badspell
/use badspell; goodspell
they will both do exactly the same thing 100% of the time.
