I have just bought a booster box of eBay (factory sealed) As i started opening the packs after the 7th pack one of the cards was upside down after looking at the rest of the packs it looks like all the packs have been opened and resealed as on the bottom corners of the packs it is slightly open like the corners loop the packs seem fully sealed everywhere else. But on the back seal they have like 3 diagonal scratch lines as well.
These are betrayal of the guardian time walkers booster packs
What you think have i been scammed or are all packs like this?

I'm not familiar with the TCG, but I think I read somewhere that displays (boxes of booster packs) have a certain guaranteed number of loot cards. Did you find any loot cards at all?

Not opened them all as going to return them but the guy that sold them has also sold 4 deathly chargers in 1 month and about 15 boxes

Retailers frequently sell re-packaged booster boxes, but tell you in the auction description/title. Post the link to the ebay item page.

I've had a few transactions on eBay involving the TCG and I can't say I've ever experienced a problem.
It's possible something is wrong with yours; without actually seeing the things myself I can't really comment. But, I doubt they're going to accept a return when you've opened seven of the packages so I'd suggest opening the rest. If you don't find a single loot card then you can be more suspicious. The last one I purchased had 3 in the entire box. You should have at least one in all those packs but random is random, right?
If there is none you could ask the seller about what you noticed... and if that doesn't resolve anything there is always the Buyer's Protection program there you could make an inquiry with.
Good luck.(##RESPBREAK##)2060##DELIM##Sas148##DELIM##

I think it would be harder to return the items if all packs are open as the seller or eBay would ne be able to see the packs in question. i just dont think the corners of the packs should be open at all should be sealed the full length with no gaps (I may be wrong) im going to see if its possble to open a pack this way and remove the card and put them back.
This just made me very unsure

Also the seller in question has sold 4 Deathly chargers in 1 month to say they are rare thats a good find. To say he is selling the boxes aswell.

Was the box itself sealed? Repacking the cards is one thing, but how would he fake the factory shrink wrap? All in all, eBay does tend to side with the buyer in most situations, so if you can prove the packs were tampered with, you should get a refund from them. Take some pics and send them in with your refund request.

Not hard to reseal something to factory if you live near a hobby store. They have the heat shrink that you can get and make it look like it was never opened.

Seems a bit suspect to me he is also selling/sold single loot cards from the same series, but what realy makes me suspicious is definently the upside down card. you need to find out how unlikely it is for 1 card to be the wrong way round. sad thing is i dont think there is anything you can do about it as loot cards are not gauranteed, but i would still email the seller with my suspicions.
I also have a battery operated sealer which cost all of £1 from poundland. All i would need to do is buy the shrinkwrap and use a heat gun or hairdryer. job done.
