I currently am trying to make a macro that will name my active pet and tell it (in /s) to Kill my target, with Kill Command. I do not want to have to change the macro for every different pet i tame. Is there a way to name my current active pet(s) whichever one it is? For ex: I have a bear, named "bom" and a Snow Leopard named, "Specks" what i want is when "bom" is active: "bom, KILL, %t" and then when "Specks is active, "Specks, KILL %t" without having to change the macro each time i change pets or to make a different macro for each pet.
Hope this is clear enough to get help. Thanks.

Speech bubbles don't lag the client, unless you are still running on the computer you had when WoW first came out.
The same goes for names - the data gets sent to your client anyway, it just doesn't get displayed - org lags people at time sbecause of the massive amount of players there, and the massive amounts of data on movement and the loading of skins for armor and character models (as well as npc's).
As for the macro
#showtooltip
/use Kill command
/s %p kill %t
should work.

TY! That worked nicely. And of course I turn it off in raids, dungeons, and battlegrounds. It is just something fun for me, when i solo, so i don't get too bored with the same quests i've been doing for years. :D
