My macroskills are a bit rusty, but I think that as Fire and Brimstone is off the GCD, just
/cast Fire and Brimstone
/cast Curse of the Elements
should work.

The above will work nicely.
I would consult some warlock guides, or forums, to see if you really want to be doing that. I'm not accustomed to the new incarnation of warlocks enough to say if this is a good idea, but combining spells often has drawbacks you don't immediately see. Ask yourself if there's a reason you
don't
want to tie these two together.

Fire and Brimstone would allow a warlock in destro spec to apply CotE to all enemies the warlock was in combat with currently and in range of the main target. It does have noticeable drawbacks for spamming it with DPS spells like Incinerate, Immolate, and Conflag (mainly the UI realizing that it can't use Fire and Brimstone due to the buff being active/no embers).
From personal experience with the above macro, spamming it will far more often than not skip casting Fire and Brimstone. If you plan to use the above macro, you should make sure to not press the key frantically and should use it upon resolution of the previous cast so the macro has time to re-apply the buff that your next cast is meant to consume.

I use something similar for several of my warlock spells, but with a modifier...
#showtooltip Curse of the Elements
/cast Fire and Brimstone
/cast Curse of the Elements
Same for Immolate. That way you can hold down Alt to splash several targets, or not hold down Alt when you're fighting just a boss or other single target (so you don't waste Embers) or if you want to conserve Embers for a burn phase.
