Hello!
I would to ask u if it possible to make a one macro witch can take a target but do not change this target has already taked.
example:
some skills like sap-gouge-pickpocket do not take target when used, required to already have a target to use.
some skills like cheap shot-haemorrhage-ambush take a target when used,do not required to already have a target to use. (and do not change target when take)
I would like to make a macro witch can take target first, and then, use.
it's possible?

/tar
/cast Whateverspellyouwant
This targets the closest targets or just a random one, however this can also include friendly players.
therefore I think this macro comes closest:
/targetenemy
/cast Whateverspellyouwant

this macro take a target but if spamming the button, take another random target again.
so...the current already taked target changed with another one random.
I would like to take a target and STUCK this target when spamming button.

The behavior you are describing is what happens by default... If you have a target and hit an ability, it should always cast on that target regardless of what else is around you. Check your macros to make sure they are not changing the target on you.
If, instead, you mean to say that you want to have a target selected, but have an ability always go off on a different specific target, then see below:
#showtooltip
/clearfocus
/tar
/focus
/cast someSpell
hitting it with no focus will cause you to target the nearest mob, set it as your focus, and then use the spell listed on that target. Any additional presses of the macro will just cause you to cast the spell at the target you had originally, even if you have another target selected. If you want change your current target to the one that is being 'stuck' to, but already have a 'stuck' target then hold a modifier key (ie. shift) and hit the macro. This will update your current target to the current one and then cast the spell at it.
