If you can't manage three medium length duration/cooldown abilities (WW, BT, and Rampage)... then you may be in trouble : /
Be that as it may, Yakra, I don't think DKJT came here for a lecture or put-down to his gaming abilities.
DKJT, as Yakra stated, you cannot have a single button press activate two abilities that trigger your global cooldown at the same time. That being said, however, you do have thwo other options available (excluding castrandom, which is far too unreliable in my opinion), if you really want Rampage triggered by the same key as another ability.
You could have a macro which "casts" two or more abilities in sequence, with each "cast" requiring another press of the macro. And example of this could be:
/castsequence reset=10 Whirlwind, Rampage
When you press the macro for the first time, it will use whirlwind, and if you press it again within 10 seconds (the reset=10 part, which I made 10 seconds simply because that is the cooldown duration of a non-talented Whirlwind) it will attempt to cast Rampage.
Pros: Of any macro combining multiple spells into one button, this one gives you the most control. Press once and you know you're going to whirlwind. Press it again and you know you're going to Rampage.
Cons: You need 25 rage just to start using the macro, and another 20 to use Rampage after the Whirlwind (or whatever other spell you put in there first). It doesn't give you the option to use Rampage before the first spell. Spamming the button could lead to wasting rage on multiple Rampages.
You could have a macro that casts both Heroic Strike and Rampage at once, since only Rampage is on the global cooldown.
/cast Rampage
/cast Heroic Strike
This will attempt to use Rampage every time you hit Heroic Strike.
Pros: One button press is all that is required.
Cons: You're going to waste
alot
of rage. Also, if your Rampage drops you to less than the required rage to Heroic Strike before your next weapon swing, it won't go off.
With that said, as Yakra implied, using macros to cast Rampage really isn't the way to go. It's a long duration, high rage cost buff, and doesn't have a good synergy any other ability that could be put into a macro with it. You'll probably find any macro more harm than helpful when it comes to Rampage.

I sincerely doubt Yakra meant to be condescending. Furthermore, if unable to pay attention to three different things, then OP will be in trouble, and not just for his "gaming" skills.
The good news is this: with some experience, it will be possible. As with a great many things, one must train their body to attain routine. Playing Fury, with so many interactive abilities, requires vigilance & eases with habit.
There are several Add-ons which may help improve, or ease this potential pitfall for our OP (I personally use Quartz or Sorren's Timers). It is called a timer, or timing mod & tracks the duration of as few or as many abilities as one would like. It uses a simple, easy-to-see bar graph system. I highly recommend it.
I condemn use of any macro for Rampage.
