When some people read, they just want the story. Others want to the feel of the pages in their hands. Others still enjoy hearing books narrated to them. Which are you?

Physical books - I get a headache if I read too much on the screen. Heck, I've even printed off some relatively short pieces of fanfiction before, just so that I can read it. :P

I just find it easier to read them. No particular hatred of E-books.

It might be just me, but the feel of the paper is what makes me like physical books more.

Problem with Ebooks is that they require energy to power the device. I'd rather have a 'hard copy'(cookie if you know the reference), when I actually read something.

This too, but mainly because I get horrible headaches from reading too much on a screen.

You should try a nook or a Kindle in person. The screen is nothing at all like reading on an LCD. It's honestly just as easy on the eyes as paper.
I <3 my nook. But I like having books on the shelves. So there are certain authors that I'll buy both copies for. At this point though, I think I prefer the nook. It's just so damn handy. Only problem is that it's a little TOO easy to buy books.

I like normal good ol' fashioned reading books.
But after that, audio books are nice.

I like physical books, not that I dislike ebooks. It's just that I'm not allowed to have a book confiscated from me in school, my phone on the other hand....Oh, and it's become expected of me to constantly carry around at least 1 400+ page book.

I'm still the only one to like audio-books apparently.
I rarely have much time to sit down and read a book. Audio-books on the other hand, let me plow through a surprising amount of books just doing my normal daily stuff.
I do own 200 or so physical books and have about 20,000 ebooks.

I like having all my books on my shelf, ready to be read at my leisure.
On the other hand, I like being able to search text in ebooks.

I said physical, but I don't know that I wouldn't like a kindle and it would make things much cheaper.
Not much anymore since publishers got on and Kindle prices are only a couple dollars cheaper now.

Lawl.
I don't like audio books primarily because it changes the feel of the book. I want to be able to read it at my own pace, with my own emphases, and build up the picture of the world in my mind by myself, without being influenced by the picture the voice is painting.
I also find myself getting distracted by all the normal daily stuff, and have to rewind too often :P

Depends on who reads the audio book; World War Z and Zombie Survival Guide are narrated by Max Brooks himself, and World War Z has a
metric crap ton of celebrity voices
. Apparently,
Spike
reads the Dresden Files. But I've also had some really horrible ones; had a copy of the Half-Blood Prince where the narrator was a really deep voiced English man...and listening him doing Fleur, Ginny and Hermione and Lavender was just cringe inducing.
